"A friend took me here as a gift. I will not be returning. I am an RMT and these ladies were massaging with towels?!? I said medium pressure the lady left bruises on my neck and arms. The woman at the front desk was also very rude. My friend and I were talking quietly and she asked us to stop. We were not speaking loudly at all. She not once smiled or even looked happy to be there. The massage people couldn’t speak English well either. How are you supposed to communicate your needs and wants for the massage when they can’t understand you?"
