"While holidaying in Calgary, my injuries flared and I was fortunate I was acquainted with James at Kata Wellness. James fit me in for a morning session and worked on my tennis and golf elbow aliments with shockwave therapy. I only had one extended session with him, but it has been four days and the pain has clearly subsided. I have previously seen a physio for my injuries but James massages very differently, getting me to engage with the therapy rather than simply providing a static massage. Definitely someone worth seeing for injuries and chronic pain. His technique and therapy was well worth travelling for."
