Leo quickly identified many of my problem spots during the reflexology session, and helped loosen all of the knots in my feet and legs that were connected to my usual problem areas. He suggested a cupping session (my first) and by the end of my session, my muscles and tendons felt as limber and soft as tofu. Aside from the massage, the spa itself was new and clean, and the staff were kind and hospitable. Definitely a nice luxurious addition to the area— will have to come back for another session with Leo. If you can’t find any free street parking (plenty around the area), there’s a free gated underground garage that you can access by calling ahead."

The clinic was spotless, with a welcoming vibe, and most of the staff were incredibly attentive. My treatment was done by Naz, who was a true professional. "HORRIBLE clinic! I went there for microneedling and they gave me so much hyperpigmmentation on my face and didn't even tell me it can be a side effect. This is so concerning to me as a Doctor myself. I was shocked at my face. When I told them about it they wouldn't even return my money. They have zero customer service skills, so I had to teach them basic customer service skills, unbelievable. Their estheticians are not well trained.Their google star ratings are skewed as they incentivise people to put 5 star ratings for a discount, they did that with me previously, so don't believe their 4.9 star rating, I'm sure it's much lower than that. I would advise going any where but here for your skin care as your skin may be at risk for damage, take the advice from a Doctor."

"SPA Review only - I Will never go back. I had booked a massage that I had to cancel due to a family emergency. It was a very difficult time for me and I suddenly had to fly out to help my dad who has cancer. I called them immediately to cancel, but because it was Christmas Eve, they didn’t get the message until the day of the massage (26th). They charged my credit card half the cost of the appointment- which is their normal cancellation policy if you don’t give enough notice. I called them to see if anything could be done, because I had given 2 days notice, but the owner said because it was Christmas they didn’t have enough notice. And she was doing me a “favour” by only charging me half. But she wasn’t at all! She charged me exactly what the policy is. She also talked over me and went off for like 5 minutes. It was honestly just the worst experience making an already difficult time so much worse. Plus I had planned to use a gift card for the massage, but instead I paid for nothing and got an earful. I was polite and calm the whole time - I couldn’t believe that the owner would treat a customer so badly!"
