"I had a wonderful experience today at this head spa and brought my daughter-in-law along for her first time too.The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire session. The head massage was deeply soothing and helped release all the tension in my scalp and neck. My daughter-in-law also loved it and said it was one of the most relaxing treatments she’s ever had. We both felt refreshed, recharged, and completely pampered after the session. "Today i was lucky enough to be able to visit Elena’s Medi Spa for a hydrafacial treatment. It was my first time at her establishment and my first time getting this treatment. "Great experience - I had Veronika and she was very welcoming and friendly. I had lashes on from a previous place but decided to get my refills here and they did it no problem. I've tried a few places around Vancouver, and I think I will make this my lash place from now on! The place was clean, cute vibes with nice music, beds were super comfy, and they're affordable which, as a student, is huge. There's plenty of free parking just around the corner in the neighborhoods. Customer service is also great, they answer their phones or call you back pretty quickly. Overall, great lash place and excited to go back!"

"I was having neck pain for a couple of weeks so I booked a massage with Lulita and it was fantastic! We spoke a little bit about the information I provided in the intake form and I really felt like she was ‘treating’ the issue I came in for. The massage was excellent and I appreciated her suggestions for some realistic day-to-day things I could do to avoid getting so stiff in the future. She was very knowledgeable, and she created a really safe and comfortable environment. It can be a bit awkward seeing a new massage therapist but Lulita is so friendly and has great energy she really put me at ease!"

"Clean, cozzy, and Professional location. Staff themselves are fantastic too. My last massage (Christal) went 20 minutes over the reserved time. When offering a small tip, she said to save it for the next one. Ultimately, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I also recommend Dave for massage therapy, and Jodi for chiro. Never had a bad experience here. This has got to be one of the best - and most unnoticed - massage clinics in Ottawa. Thank you."

"Wow, what an experience!! The set up is very impressive and cozy. Jesse had good vibes. The massage was very relaxing with just the perfect pressure. He could find the aching points, worked on the knots in the neck-shoulder area, was gentle enough, and was very kind. My today's experience ended with some good green tea offered by him before I stepped out in the snow. Definitely recommended!"

"Parking is free. nice relaxing place... they don't allow any kind of food or snacks. just bring reusable water. paid food and drinks are available inside. place is very clean and tidy. sauna are very nice, different temperature. pools are hot and cold. wet sauna as well. place for ice bath as well. little expensive basic village access give you access to all sauna and pools. kala/massage are different price. restaurant food is ok. they do have vegtarian/vegan options. though I'm someone who finds comfort in simple home-cooked meals. we need sauna ritual as well. it was nice. there is silence zone as well. phones are allowed but the whole point is to have experience without distraction. I would suggest to bring small tote bags in which you can carry stuff for your relaxation time (book/water bottle/phone). though they do provide half size clean lockers only thing is though, the place was super clean. my husband kept on insisting to take bath at home as I smell like chemicals after visiting."

"Massage is good but they don’t keep track of their appointments. Every time you go for your scheduled appointment they always make you wait for 20-30mins. As they have someone who walked in to ask for massage and they have started their session without checking list of booked appointments."

"I brought my 3 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced a few days ago. Alexis was great with us. She explained everything clearly before as well as the after care. Everything was very clean and sterile. Alexis was pretty precise with the markings making sure they were even before piercing. When piercing she was very quick but gentle. My daughter looks super cute!"
