"Went here today for a 2 hr massage, and it was honestly the weirdest 2hrs of my life. From the very beginning, I told the masseuse not to touch my tailbone due to an injury, yet she applied so much pressure on it 3x. The entirety of the massage she was mainly using her elbows, which I found strange. At one point, I asked her to go lighter on the pressure because I couldn't tolerate the pain anymore, she just said ok and didn't change the pressure at all. At the very end of my massage, she was using this weird technique of punching me all of my body. I asked for a head massage, but instead she was hitting my head? I don't think that's normal. Anyways, I obviously didn't give a tip since it was such a bad experience and she confronted me about it."

"Love this place so much that I don't want to let the secret out! For $25 you get access to all of the rooms. But if you purchase a service, the rooms are included. This place is perfect for healing the body, stilling the mind, and rejuvenating the soul. Note that they don't give you a tour for your first time, you have to figure out how to use the rooms yourself. Dry rooms are co-ed, the wet rooms are gender specific. If you plan on coming with other people, please be respectful and be quiet/don't talk in the rooms. It's a place to heal, not an outing for visiting."

"I was gifted a fill treatment by a dear friend and what a treat it was! The abdominal massage was so relaxing, the navel cupping and sacral binding both really interesting (because I had never had them done before) and rather soothing in a deep way. I had never done a steam before and it was SOOOO nice and comforting. I don't know if it was just the steam or a combination of all of the modalities, but I felt both relaxed and invigorated, digestion improved over the next week and I had a sense of lady-vitality that kept me energized for the whole next few days. "In search of a new stylist and this salon, having 75 yrs in business in Chilliwack, thought I'd call and see if I could get an appointment for a haircut/style. On this call, the staff was very pleasant and helpful and was able to book an appointment within a week or so. I was welcomed on arrival, and didn't have to wait long. The stylist was friendly and asked me several questions and about my preferences on various things, to get a good understanding of what I wanted and what would work well. I was very happy with the cut and style and quite surprised at the price, which was less than half of other salons I've been a client at, over the few years. Proper cuticle work is done and I’ve had zero issues with any lifting, breaking, or chipping of my acrylics and I can be extremely hard on them! "I had a session of Tuina massage, and it was perfect. The therapist, Mr. Yang, really knows what he is doing. I am giving them 4 stars because the cleanliness of the center were not up to par. They make an effort to tidy up after each session, but it was easy to notice hair on the floor. Additionally, the massage bed was not very sturdy, which caused some noise during the massage."

No signs were posted stating our behavior was prohibited. I don't mind staff politely reinforcing their policies. I did not appreciate his aggressive tone . Time was was 1.45 am. Saturday April 12,2025. We all aways pay our entrance fee and purchase drinks. We expect to be spoken to in a reception manner. "Had five massages so far and it's been great. Kim does a very good neck/shoulder/upper back focused massage for me each time on request. She has good technique and combines it with hot stones and cupping. I can take harder massages but Kim is on the softer side. The upstairs massage room is warm, clean and very relaxing/comfortable. No direct billing is her preference I think. I've recommended some friends to her and they'll be trying her at a later date. All in all, a great massage every time. Kim is also a lovely lady!"

The lounge had snacks and treats, water, coffee, and tea, which were much needed after our fantastic massage. "Beautiful location! We have been to several of the Leela locations in Calgary. This one is by far our favorite one. I love that they have manis and pedis available too. Service was on par for Leela Spas. It was one of the most relaxing couple’s massages we’ve ever had. The beds were heated and the therapists used hot towels and hot bean bags. It was also very quiet during our visit so we didn’t hear anyone else in the hallways or neighbouring rooms. I find that with some of the Leela locations, you can hear guests in other rooms talking or hear doors opening/closing or staff doing laundry. So far this location seems quiet. We are closer to the Carrington location but we will return to this one more often."
