"I'm a regular client for over 3 years. This place is very clean with very friendly and hard working staff. 2 hours of your session you can enjoy salt room, sauna, ice bucket and very tasty herbal tea. It's a real Spa retreat and pleasure to visit. Thanks so much Hot Stone. ???? ❤️ Looking forward to seeing you guys again."

"I had to wait 25 minutes before my massage started, even though my appointment was scheduled for a full hour. In the end, I only received 50 minutes of service. Additionally, the therapist left the room twice during the session, further reducing my time. While speaking with her, she mentioned that she has only been in Canada for four months, which makes me question whether she is a registered massage therapist. On top of that, I felt completely exposed without proper draping during the session. This experience lacked professionalism on multiple levels."
