"I love going to Casbah - the services and amenities are always fabulous. But today, the experience was made even more exceptional thanks to Nyla at the front desk. I had accidentally left my running watch behind after a service, and she went above and beyond to help me locate it. She was incredibly sweet, prompt in getting back to me once she found it, and turned what could have been a disappointing evening into a positive one. Her kindness and responsiveness were truly appreciated. Casbah has always been wonderful, but now, thanks to Nyla, I’m even more impressed!"
