"Unfortunately, my experience at this massage therapy business was quite disappointing, mostly due to the rude and unhelpful receptionist. I received an appointment reminder call, which I had forgotten about the day before. I admitted my mistake and explained that I could still arrive within 10 minutes. The receptionist abruptly hung up on me without any further communication. When I arrived for my session, the massage was great, but I was in a rush and left without realizing I still had a balance to pay. I was called to come back to settle the payment, and when I returned, I explained I was sorry and heading back. Yet again, the receptionist just hung up on me when I tried to clarify. When I was finally ready to pay, the receptionist handed me a $50 bill, which I found odd, as that wasn't the amount I paid last month. When I asked about the discrepancy, she just told me I needed to speak to my benefits provider instead of offering a clear explanation. Overall, the service was good, but the lack of professionalism and the receptionist's attitude left a bad impression. I don't feel comfortable returning after this experience."

"Lindsee is such an amazing massage therapist. I have been going to her for the past 4 years following her from location to location and so happy for her on the opening of her own clinic. Lindsee is very intuitive, knowledgeable and thorough. She also teaches massage therapy to RMT students so she is up to date on new techniques. I always feel so much better after seeing her and she often sends me home with a treatment plan of stretches to follow. I highly recommend Lindsee to anyone looking for a great massage therapist!"

"I recently visited for a laser hair removal session and wanted to share my experience. During the session, I felt a significant amount of discomfort and pain. I tried to communicate my concerns multiple times, but it seemed the procedure remained quite rough for me. SHE WAS THAT ROUGH WITH ME THAT I HAVE RED MARKINGS UNDER MY ARMPIT - you can tell that it was PAINFUL & still in pain. I’ve had multiple hair laser removals in the past and usually they are friendly and gentle. She did not care about my concerns. Even though I mentioned to her that it HURTS - she kept going mentioning that it’s normal & laughed. UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. Thanks Sandy - my underarms is extremely sore all thanks to you. It FEELS like a ripping feeling. I REGRET going here. I understand that some discomfort is normal, but this experience was particularly painful. My underarms are still SORE. I don’t know if I want to return because my armpit is still in PAIN. I know this isn’t normal - were you eager to close & go home? Then don’t book your appointments nearing closing time because you were way too rough with my armpits and now they are sore."

"WORST experience ever! I would give 0 stars if i could. I went for a massage today and they started at 2:45 and ended at 4:15 which is total 90 minutes but they charged me $120 for 105+ minutes. When i confronted the front desk, they kept refusing and when finally they understood, they refused to pay me back the amount charged for extra 15+ minutes and they were super rude and unprofessional. How does 2:45-4:15 make up to 105 minutes? I even kindly explained the math to them on a pen and paper but they refused to acknowledge and admit their mistake! I have been a regular customer of this place and recommend this place to everyone but won’t go there anymore or recommend to anyone. I also just saw other reviews and notice this has been a similar complaint from many other clients so they will always try to scam you!"

"I've been going to Galt Massage Therapy for 5 or more years. Best Registered Massage Therapists around! I typically see Linda, but have seen Denis as well, both are wonderful and friendly and help you to feel comfortable. Office is bright, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend!! Also love that they use unscented lotion instead of oil!"
