"I cannot describe this place...I felt like I was in heaven. The pools were excellent. The caves were excellent. Every detail was well thought out and the place is very clean and well maintained. I went there with my sis and mom for early mothers day and we also bought some jewelry. Good quality jewelry that doesn't tarnish was being sold. The lady that helped us Helen, was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the jewelry. She wasn't pushy and she was very patient with me and my sister wanting to try on jewelry before buying. She went over and beyond in looking for the right sizes and it just made the whole experience so much nicer. The food was incredible. We had lamb chops which was 10/10. The sushi platter was 10/10, fried rice and eel with rice was incredible too. Everything was extremely fresh. Definitely will come again. I recommend everyone to try this spa. You will feel like you are in a different country getaway. Thank you for such an amazing experience!"

"It was great experience. Everyone was very pleasant. Very helpful. I use a walker and my mother-in-law uses a walker so everyone was very accommodating. The facial was amazing. The restaurant was remarkable. The hot tubs were amazing. It was just a little cold today, but the ladies at the front desk, Justine and Lisa Were amazing. We definitely be back in the summer to check out the beach and the other areas it was just a tad bit cold today."

"This was my first time ever doing something like this and it happened by pure luck. I noticed a woman name Gabby and there was no was I was going to enjoy some time with her. She was truly amazing helping me with my broken ribs. However, that was not the best part, her personality was one that men dream of to spend time with and value. She is awesome, down to earth, hard working (in her other profession) but the thing that got me was her humbleness and down to earth personality. Not to mention she is absolutely beautiful! The beautiful that you’d be proud to have on your arm in public or take to meet your parents. This may be too much but it’s the honest truth! Gary"

"I recently had severe pain in my neck and shoulder and a severe headache also. I looked online and needed to find someone immediately as the pain was unbearable. I researched online , and found the website and was able to book an appointment online for the same day. Upon arrival, I was treated like I had been a frequent customer. From the time I arrived until I left, I had the best experience. Service from everyone was amazing. I will be returning very soon . I highly recommend everyone who needs a massage or physio therapy to go and check it out for yourself."

"My second time at the spa. The massage was 10/10 couldn’t recommend more. They provide plenty of towels and a robe and lockers. I wish the main pool was a bit warmer. The outdoor pool was nice the hot spring is even better. Great getaway for the day or a special occasion"

"I booked a last minute appointment for a bridal hairdo and I didn't know what to expect. I also had a general idea of what I anted and Janice helped me develop it and turn it into reality. I was very pleased with the result and the skills that Janice showed making a five strands braid was impressive. My hair didn't fall throughout the day, no pins were hurting my head, everyone loved my hairdo and I felt like a million bucks. I would highly recommend Janice for any special occasion and bridal hair. She also works fast (which is important if you are a bride and the schedule is tight).
