"I have been a customer since 2017. Do not trust this company. I had booked an appointment to use my loyalty points only to find at checkout I did not have enough to cover any of my services and was presented with a $130 bill. I reviewed the email sent out, nowhere does it say the value of my points have been reduced. Service credits and loyalty points been removed from customer view. Zero accountability, customer service and value has dropped considerably in the last year. Membership cancelled."

Doctor Scott Best, is simply the best not only because its his last name but because he takes time to understand your Chiropractic issues, and makes sure you will feel better. He is straight up, honest and real! Not only does he share his knowledge and support, he takes his time and gives you advice and skills through his own personal experiences. I went in with bad migraines that would last me days, since being in the care of Dr Best, I have not had 1 migraine and I am feeling so much better. "I had an eminence 60-minute facial with Larissa last Friday and I give my experience at this salon a 5! The staff are welcoming, the spa itself is so cute and cozy. I found the price and value of the service wonderful! I did some research around town before booking, Just US Boutique was the only one that offered a fair price, plus 15% off eminence products, so they totally won my business with that alone. Larissa’s service was so well done and relaxing and she took the time to help me pick products. Before checking out one of the staff members (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) took the time to go over more products with me, and was attentive, kind and honest about what to start with, and gave me some amazing samples I am loving! I will recommend this salon to other in the Oshawa area! I can’t wait to visit again soon."
