"Called to book an appointment, Patricia answered, very very rude, impatiently and unprofessional employee. Asking me to hurry and again and again speak up as her laundry was going on! I mean she was supposed to book the appointment and take the info needed. How am i supposed to hurry up? Kept saying “i am very busy and i dont even have time to answer other phone calls coming in, also have to go check the laundry and for a round”. All I can say is the most she could have done rather is not answer the phone and call back politely after finishing her “busy” work! However, very disappointed!"

"I feel so much better after my session with Sheryl. My neck and shoulder were tight for 2 weeks and she made it go away. Highly recommended. Just wished the room was a bit darker but other than that, no complaints. They were able to accommodate me at the last minute. Sheryl had a back to back appointment and I was probably her last client but didn’t rush the massage. Will certainly be coming back ☺️"

"I get all my face care and cosmetic products from Body Benefits. All the staff are super knowledgeable on their products! Also I've only had facials and pedicures here but I've had facials elsewhere before I started going to Body Benefits and nothing compares to the facials I've gotten from Mel. She's super thorough, so knowledgeable, and has helped my skin look so, so much better! My friends even notice the difference after I've had a facial! Love this place! I've recommended it to many friends! They're really busy (which is a good thing) so need to book in advance but it's TOTALLY worth the wait!"

I booked an appointment and safe to say, I was not disappointed. I’m a new mom and my body is still adjusting to having to carry around a little one.
