"This review is based on my experience with the operations of Yan's Spa, not my review of the actual massage (which was fine). I asked in advance if the spa had RMT professionals onsite to claim back with my insurance and I was told yes - so I was charged $90 for each massage for myself and my partner and we each left an 18% tip. My claim was rejected from my insurance, and Yan Spa said they would provide me with a new receipt so that I could resubmit my claim. That never happened. I've now been back to Yan Spa 3 times and called numerous times to come collect the new receipt. They kept telling me the manager is not there and to come back or call back... But every time it's the same thing. It's now been over 6 weeks that I'm trying to resolve this issue. No one calls me back and everytime I go back to try to speak with someone it's a waste of time. If I had known, I wouldn't have paid the extra $70 for a RMT (who was actually not a RMT)."
