"Having back pain is never fun on vacation. Through a relative I was referred to Sonia who provided wonderful needed relief + diagnosis of what was going on with my lower back. She tested the limits of pressure points I could withstand and did a lot of explaining through out my 1 hour session. Before the session I filled out an online outlining my expectations and listing any medical conditions. Cost was $100 per hour cash and an emailed receipt was provided for my insurance company. I’ve been having migraines all night and morning and came in with many knots on my shoulders and neck and all tense. I came out feeling much better and my migraine is gone. The place is clean and neat. I took 1 star off because the towel is very old and torn, but everything is clean overall. Don’t expect any fancy spa ambiance or treatment in Chinatown, but you will get a seriously great massage! If you enjoy “deep tissue massage” at a regular RMT, you will like this place even more!"

"I had a very upsetting experience at this location on April 13, 2025, with a massage therapist named Lilya Shayten. The session was deeply unprofessional — the therapist removed the sheet covering me without consent, made inappropriate comments about my appearance, and crossed multiple boundaries that left me feeling exposed and violated. I left feeling shaken and uncomfortable — both physically and emotionally. I’ve since filed a formal complaint with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and have contacted management, who offered a refund and acknowledged the seriousness of the situation. I don’t take leaving this kind of review lightly, but I feel it’s important to share what happened so others can make informed choices."

My masseuse's name is Maryjane, today was third therapeutic massage with her and just to give you an indication how effective her treatment / method is, I cancelled an upcoming cortisone shot appointment to relieve the pain in my torn rotator cuff. I've walk out of there the last 3 of 4 times with "ZERO" pain in my shoulder and increased mobility. Can't beat that! The office staff is courteous, friendly and prompt. The only issue with the clinic is as soon as you walk in there are shoes laying all over the place and as soon as you take yours off your socks get wet from the melted snow. This needs to be improved. Regardless of this minor issue, I highly recommend this place, specifically Maryjane, professional to the nth degree!"

My skin is so smooth and soft, and the products they used were really good quality, nice smelling but not overpowering. My masseuse also made sure that the massage pressure was good, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout each part of the spa package. At the end of it, the owner made sure to run my insurance and also gave me a giveaway gift! How thoughtful. Will definitely be coming back here, for massages and more spa bookings as well. "Vladimir is an exceptional & caring therapist (working in his areas of expertise) who skillfully pinpoints problems; treats them most effectively, & provides amazing results!!! When I had a horrible accident (my car flipped), I was in severe pain for three months with little recovery. Vladimir was able to restore my neck and back alignment; gently break bone spurs in my neck. I could move my neck freely; my discs remained in place, and my pain was gone!! Fifteen years later, my neck is, still, great. Now, I seek his expertise because I have severe arthritis in my hip and patellar tendinosis. I, totally, respect Vladimir’s professionalism (e.g. he was upfront that he does not work with tendons, particularly torn). I’m astounded how well he helps with arthritis!! After talking to the staff at the front desk for a bit she asked if I had a family doctor cause it just so happened there was a doctor accepting patients. I didn't have one so she set me up for a meet and greet for the next day with Carrie Hope. I found the staff very polite and very helpful The next day I went to meet Carrie. And let me just say she was the nicest doctor I’ve met. She was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. She really took her time getting to know me asking many questions and even chatting a bit about other things. She set me up for all my appointments including some extra ones just to make sure all was great. I was very lucky that I came to this place and I got put with her I would definitely recommend to others."
