"I have never been so infuriated. I was gifted an Uptown spa package. The appt was cancelled multiple times due to estheticians not being available, which was understandable post Covid. After multiple failed attempts at an appointment that stuck, I suggested a refund which the spa readily agreed to - it was obvious they were severly short staffed and couldn't keep up with the packages they sold or regular appointments. Then they just never enacted the refund Multiple email messages gone unanswered, and so many calls where I'm promised a call back, and nothing. This business couldn't honour the package they sold, agreed to a refund, then ghosted me. It's absurd to be treated like a second Tinder date by a gd business entity. Shame."

"I'd been searching for a place to purchase the Dazzle Dry nail polish system in Canada for a few weeks when Upper Village Spa appeared on a last ditch google search. I'm so glad to have found this gem of a place - it is so welcoming! Upper Village Spa does Dazzle Dry mani/pedis and they also sell the system - they can order colours for you if they don't have them available. Pina is so sweet and knowledgeable about the system and is happy to share information. I don't live in the area but I think it's worth making the trip to this place. Next up for me is a professional DD mani/pedi - can't wait!"

"I will never go back here again. I got microneedling done recently. My skin looked worse after the procedure than before, it did NOTHING. I’ve gone to other places and had far better results. She also did an extraction before hand without asking and it hurt so bad to the point i was in tears. She made me feel like my skin was awful. Not a good experience!"

"I have been going to this Studio for laser hair removal and would recommend it to anyone interested in this service. Even though the prices are slightly higher than other places, the machine they have is the Soprano Ice which makes for a painless experience. The space is always clean and nice. Sonia is really helpful and always available over the phone and text. The Studio is well managed and their website is up to date. They have online booking available via Jane which is a plus. The two technicians I have the pleasure to meet were really nice and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for providing such a good service. Truly a good customer service!"

She answered any and all of my questions with detail which was much appreciated. She is also very patient and detail-oriented, she even took extra time to work on my eyebrows until I was satisfied. She was very clean, and the entire process was VERY calming (nice and relaxing music), by the end of it I felt like I had gotten a massage and woken up from a nice long nap.
