"There was one girl who was waiting to write exams so billed at a lower price but suddenly with no warning her fees doubled so we never went back especially when paying for the full hr and were barely getting even 30 mins. We felt very ripped off that the therapist was not conscious of this. I will not be taken for like that so never went back. Parking downtown is terrible and the staff are telling their clients to park across in the mall parking lot which is not appreciated by the mall and can result in towing, how unprofessional to recommend parking in someones private lot which is for their own customers. Also the small crammed front end space that has 4-5 people in it whenever I was there made privacy an issue. Massage isn't a place you want a crowded waiting room with people on top of each other."

"I’ve been all around Kamloops looking for a good massage place and finally I’ve found the one!! It was my first time visiting today and instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. I’ve always had back pain and have had very little relief especially the day of. Myriam did such an amazing job listening to me and really walking me through what causes the types of pain I’ve been having. The massage was so relaxing and I could feel so much pressure in my shoulders being relieved every second. At the end she even walked me through some stretches that she felt would benefit me. Already rebooked for another and will be telling all my clients this is the place to go! Thank you so much. I feel amazing!"

Estée performed the treatment so well I would highly recommend her. The front desk and management were also attentive. "Unfortunately, I had to delete my previous review. Honestly, I loved going to Luna's with my mom to get mani-pedis and every time we went we had a great experience, until this last time. I got something different, I decided to get nail extensions, I started with a very experienced nail tech who put my nails on but then decided to hand me off to someone else and didn't even ask me if I was okay with that and to top it off this young lady didn't have that much experience and in no way shape or form am I upset with the young lady, she is in the process of learning but I am very upset about not being asked if it would be okay to have someone else finish my nails. I am not happy with my nails at all, I was told that ombre nails have two colors and there was only one used, there's nail polish on parts of my fingers, and when I mentioned that there's too much sparkle it wasn't corrected and I can go on about this but I am not going to. I am beyond disappointed and wish that the person who started my extensions would have finished them ???? I am rewriting my review because my husband didn't want me to complain and honestly neither did I because I loved going to Luna's but I'm not happy with my extensions"

"It's tough for me to rate this because the massage that I got wasn't bad, but it was more of a Thai-themed fusion than a traditional massage. I was told as we went in for the massage that it would be a little different than the ones I'd experienced in Thailand, but all the descriptions for this place emphasize authenticity, so it wasn't really the service that I'd expected at the time of booking. Maybe more accurate marketing messaging would have set my expectations appropriately?"

"I had the most amazing Hydro Facial at Sweetgrass. They used a product I had not tried before called Bio Line and I’m OBSESSED! I bought the entire “lift” line and my skin has never looked so good. For reference, I’m 48 years old. I have already booked my next treatment!"

"Today I went to get a massage because I suffer from back pain, but the pain has increased because the masseuse Coco is not good at all and her name is “Coco”. I paid in advance for an hour and after 35 minutes she tells me that we are finished, but I argued with her and told her that there are 25 minutes left. Additionally, the masseuse is wasting time by leaving the room under the pretext of receiving clients, but she is talking on the phone with her friends.... I do not advise you to visit it, my friends."

"Have used the massage therapy services of Richard and Kirk at this clinic and the experience with both have been great. They are professional and apply the right treatment for the issues that you have. I've never had to ask them to increase or reduce pressure, etc because they know when to apply the right amount and right type of treatment. The only minor inconveniences are that the clinic does not offer direct billing which is not a major issue for me and there is no elevator and it is quite a bit of a star climb for anyone with mobility issues."

"I need to say first that I am not a massage person. It’d prefer not to hug or be touched at all. I get nervous and anxious when physical contact is necessary unless I really know a person. From the second Meghan walked up she was kind and had the warmest sense of being. It was like she instinctively knew how to help me feel comfortable. I originally went for craniosacral therapy, she suggested osteopathic therapy instead because of the type of shoulder injury I have. Boyyy did it hurt lol, she helped me breathe through the pain and constantly kept me talking which helped me release my anxiety and the hurt. Now even though it hurt, I swear it was magic. I could barely lift my arm, my chest, arm, under arm, back were all about a 7-8 and mobility at 35-40% when I walked in. When I walked out and that night, the only hurt I felt was from her fingers and I swear I was at about 90-95% mobility and by the next morning my soreness was only in 2 areas of the heavier therapy but my mobile was still at 90-95%. I seriously feel so much better and occasionally I don’t feel anything. I couldn’t go with out pain at all for the last couple months. She knows what she’s doing and yes it can feel tough but I seriously am impressed with being able to move which has allowed me the opportunity to stretch and gently exercise more. She loosened everything to allow me to be able to help myself. I can’t wait to see her again. If you get the opportunity I recommend Meghan. Have a blessed stretch!"

"Booked the couples connection. I don’t think I’d really qualify this as a spa. The room looked like a doctors office more than a spa. It was cold, was shivering like crazy while they were putting on the body wrap scrub, provider didn’t say a thing. Their website claims that they have RMTs on staff. But none were there for the massage portion. The line was drawn after being taken through a hotel lobby, to the community fitness centre/pool shower. It was dingy with the weakest water pressure. No way this is worth $455, I called an end to the service after the shower and we settled on a much lower price for the weak service that was provided, I do respect not putting up a big fight and trying to demand I pay full price. Not a single minute of relaxation. The website is very professional and it’s honestly deceiving. The young ladies that provided the service were nice but need some better training."

"This was an AMAZING experience. Jovi was undoubtedly the best therapist my back has seen. Out of this world. The place is cozy, tidy, and professional; Jovi spent at least 40 minutes treating my knots (unwanted house guests in my back) in such a meticulous manner. I had never seen anything like that. Very quiet and professional, gave me a heaven-like massage. Truly felt like a dream. Instead of waiting to book another appointment, I committed and got myself another gift certificate. "I've been coming to kozy nails for about 5 or 6 appointment now, and I've never left unhappy. I've seen Kathy, Bella, and a few others who I unfortunately didn't catch their names. The customer service is always amazing. The nail art is always beautiful. The shape, colors and designs are wonderful. They offer you a drink, include a hand massage and hot towel service at the end. They are personable and friendly and I've never been disappointed. I'd highly recommend trying here if you haven't or are looking for somewhere new. Pedicures are done in a separate area and the staff work really hard to fit every single walk in person in, even when they are very busy."
