Adele tries hard and go over, above and beyond to please her clients even with her major family issues such as sickness and death, and I understand when she has to cancel to run and take care of her sick father (which isn’t that often and she has come in on her days off and nights just to fit me and her regular clients in). Her quality of work is beyond excellent and expects this from her employees. She sadly had to let go employees who didn’t meet these very high standards of quality.
