"My first time in Elite, great place, clean and nice, wonderful staff like Jessie. I had my hydrafacial appointment with Jessie and to my greatest surprise, i was blown away with her magic touch, she gave me a quality service that I couldn't recognize my self, trust me, I saw someone else in me, because after everything, my face was looking so clean, bright and shinning. I was truly impressed and amazed. Jessie you are a great and wonderful staff, a gift to Elite. I will recommend you to the world, not just in Canada. A true professional."

"my experience in getting the Japanese head spa was alright, definitely was expecting something else. Had booked a head spa session with my friend and it’s definitely appointment based as mentioned. Doors are locked to keep the “no walk in” policy and you would have to knock on the door or else you’ll be waiting outside for a bit- there was no reception at the time! overall the setup is cute. You quickly get your hair “analyzed” then get proceeded to the beds. To my plus size girlies - bring your own body towel wrap and robe (they seem to only have one size fit all), I also found having to place my hands on top of me or else they would fall off to the side of the bed if I didn’t do that or snugged them under me. Unfortunately that hinder the experience a bit. The spa itself was okay, I was expecting more of an exfoliating the scalp, massaging the scalp and just really getting in there considering my scalp was looked at. Rather than what felt like your basic regular shampoo wash. Not sure if it’s the products they use (they did say they were using curly hair products on us) but there was no suds when washing my hair. lots of oil was used, which was nice - left my hair soft. To my curly hair girls with longer hair - prepare for the tools to get stuck in your hair and be a tangle mess at the end- I only saw a wide tooth comb to use at the end . The massage tools were nice (when didn’t get stuck) and the halo waterfall was great when placed on my forehead (not when it was on my head - maybe I just not tender headed)- tingly sensation! Overall I feel like the massage could’ve been better (back of my head was barely touched, including when it came to washing it and little to no pressure but my fault for not speaking up). The way they have it set up it sometimes was hard to relax as the analysis and reception are steps away from the beds. When it was quite it was nice - at one point someone fell asleep and the girl doing my hair couldn’t stop laughing because it was too quiet (guess her massager left her be, to sleep) so it can be tricky to relax. What I will say, the STEAM part of the session was the best- total relaxation (they leave you with it for about 15mins)!! Once everything was done we went back to the analysis area todo red light therapy, massage brush etc but what I found odd is that they didn’t recheck the scalp with the camera to see how clean your scalp got after it received the spa. Overall wasn’t what I was expecting, maybe not enough time todo everything in detail for an hour as offered. Towards the end it felt rushed, maybe 15 secs each time doing the red light therapy, to the high frequency etc Would I go back? Most likely not .. considering what was done and for the price. Maybe for other services, yes. Although my friend loved it! In response: unfortunately due to my busy sch. I don’t often have time to response to text (I can quickly read them yes but often don’t respond right away). Although as a business with any concerns or any discussion should be handled via more formal communication channels, such as email and not text messages. Ty you for explaining you had range of sizes but my point was I was not offered/communicated. My experience is based of what was felt. My review is to give an insight on what curly/plus girls could expect. “scalp therapist” but no reassessment of the scalp was done afterwards. Several attempts but not communicated with me on how I can adjust but appreciate f/u guiding your clients. As far as pressure I did say MY MISTAKE for not speaking up. You’re correct I did say that comment about the snoring but the issue was the therapist continued to laugh after my initial comment when trying to relax as was said and I quote “it’s too quiet in here”. She did apologize which I said no problem hence can be tricky for people who have a hard time relaxing. It’s important to be honest/transparent in sharing feedback. They’re important part as a way to grow/better businesses/services. As for now I will decline your request in removing my review. All the best in your business!"
"It was an amazing experience. I did the hair spa with Lisa and everything was great. My body and head is so relaxed. Everything was clean and very very nice. Loved every minute and will be back soon with my mom! Thank you!"
"My experience was based on my visit a few back. I called to ask if walk-ins are available, which I was told yes. However, i was told to call back after 20 mins but just decided to visit in person. The receptionist proceeded to yell about how I did not call her back. She kicked me out of the spa, and I decided to call an Uber . After almost 10 mins, she decided to open the etrance door and ask if i wanted to stand inside. I am pretty sure she only did that because other clientele were looking at me waiting in the cold for a cab.... never had a business make me wait out in the cold for a lyft... receptionist was this old russion white lady with blonde hair... she needs training on how to speak in a respectful manner...especially for new clientele.. thank you for saving me a trip not to come back here again"
"I've never had a better experience with skincare than with Melanie. I had a Hydrafacial with her today, she was an absolute joy and very kind. Melanie was incredibly personable and very knowledgeable in skin and with just one session made my skin look so much better. I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone."

"Never been to a salon but Showed up about twenty minutes to closing as I live far. I just wanted to try and get my girlfriends some sorta day or half day spa or some sorta thing but I didn’t realize the door would be locked and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I wasn’t looking for work there and then just to schedule something for my S.O for after Christmas but not sure how to do that. I realize 20 minutes before closing is close but I don’t think it’s enough to not answer the phone or take appointments on for the future. Rated 2 stars because I didn’t get to see product or hear how my girlfriend likes it but I’ll definitely remove it or score 5 if we can get this sorted out"
