"I have been going to this location for over two years and since they changed the receptionist, my experiences have gone from being wonderful to being absolutely terrible. Their new receptionist Palick is incredibly disrespectful every time I have a booking issue it’s because of her. I am now never coming back to this location so they have lost out on a biweekly client that books more than 90 minutes every session. The truth of the matter is I feel as though if I were East Indian, she would treat me differently. It is so incredibly disheartening to know that I have to give up my masseuse. Who I absolutely adore because I cannot stay at this location."
