"Poor customer service to a long time client. I’ve been a long time client a just a few months ago purchased the same product I’ve been buying from them for years and explained to the receptionist that i went through the same process last time. I know how the process works. I had to make 3 separate phone calls to only be called back as I was boarding my flight. I explained it was a time sensitive matter and why.. as a side note, I’ve stopped visiting this business for body treatments as I could not get past the tamper of my service provider. Avoid! I easily bought the product from another medi spa ."
