"If I could give this place zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. I rarely leave reviews, but the extreme unprofessionalism and lack of empathy we experienced today deserve to be shared so others don’t have to go through the same ordeal. I booked a postnatal massage appointment for my wife at this so-called "massage center." Due to unavoidable traffic right outside their shop, she arrived 10 minutes late, although we called and informed about the traffic issue too. Instead of being understanding, the receptionist (whose name was Kameya or something similar) wasted another 10 minutes making a profile for her in their system because the appointment was booked under my name—something they never clarified in advance. By the time my wife finally entered the massage room, the therapist, Harman Sekhon, rudely told her that she was late and that the lost time would still be charged. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering that it was their own disorganized system that caused most of the delay. What’s even worse is the complete lack of compassion. My wife was just six days postpartum, and I trusted this place to provide care and relief. Instead, they added unnecessary stress and showed zero empathy. Kameya never informed me that the appointment *had* to be under my wife's name when I clearly booked it for postnatal care. Neither she nor Harman mentioned anything about their strict lateness policy beforehand. This place is a joke. They don’t care about their customers, they lack basic professionalism, and they clearly have no idea how to handle postnatal care. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this massage center at all costs. They don’t deserve your trust, time, or money."

"Had an amazing time here at the spa for my wife’s birthday. I booked a couples massage and had the hydro infinity tub . We didn’t have a rmt for the massage and it was definitely one of the best massages we ever had . We also had a glass of champagne in the tub that I requested and everything was just so perfect. We will definitely be coming back for other services. Definitely recommend. Such a beautiful place."

His communication skills were positive and he was very accomodating. Emma and Sidd had such a positive, friendly and kind demeanour at our gala dinner. Sidd was always so pleasant and accommodating with a great sense of humour. We would return."

"I made a reservation for a massage through the website on May 9 and got a confirmation of a date and time. I show up at the date and time and there's no one there. I tried calling and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Approximately 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, I get a call and Carrie tells me there's an issue with the website and she's been unable to fix it. This is deeply unprofessional."
