They had availability on a Sunday, so we decided to check it out. The venue is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the sauna and the pools. It was such a rejuvenating experience, and we left feeling incredibly relaxed. We will definitely be back"

I reported this to the receptionist and the only thing she can offer is to leave a note for next time and they charged me full price. Of course there won’t be a next time, I do NOT recommend it at all. Worth mentioning, Atmosphere is nice, products are of good quality."

When she asks areas of concern she really pays attention to it and takes the pain away. She also does stretches which always helps the area even more. The only massage therapist I go to is Anna, if she’s booked I wait and then find a day she’s available because that’s how good she is at what she does. "I always enjoy my experience at Nakai. Atmosphere is very relaxing, services are very good, staff are friendly and helpful. Yes it can be a bit pricy but when take into account the quality and total experience, it's definitely worth the price. My regular spa therapist is Danika and she is very good. Excellent at Pedicures and leg waxing. Highly recommend this place."
