"J’ai entendu parler de cette endroit à la radio annonçant une méga promotion pour lèvre pulpeuse avec acide hyaluronique , j’ai donc téléphoné pour avoir de plus amples renseignements mais sans succès! J’ai alors décidé de me présenter au salon pour voir la personne responsable en espérant qu’elle me renseigne d’avantage et clairement. Après quelques minutes de jargon médical je décide alors (peu être naïvement) de lui faire confiance. Suite à mon rendez-vous, elle me dit que sa prendrais environs 48 heures avant de voir un résultat. Après 7 jours ... absolument rien. Je me présente donc pour rencontrer cette même sois disant professionnelle et avoir un remboursement mais en vain. Encore du jargon médical de molécule de métabolisme et bla-bla-bla... c’est à ce moment là que cette même dame Jennifer (d’un ton défensif et arrogant) me dit que c’est de 3 à 4 semaines pour voir un résultat et que ça peut prendre de 3 à 4 séances ce qu’elle ne m’avait pas mentionné lors de la prise d’information ( surtout quand la séance coûte 201.20 ) ALORS BREF SI VOUS AVEZ ENVIE DE JETER VOTRE ARGENT PAR LES FENÊTREs HÉSITEZ PAS ET ALLER À CETTE ENDROIT PASSION FUSION!!"

"C'est un bel endroit pour se faire chouchouter et se faire conseiller. Il y a en beaucoup de services pour tous les goûts et besoins ( épilation, soins, massage, spray tan, manucure, magasin de vêtements, etc.). Vous pouvez retrouver des excellents produits pour les soins du corps et visage (Shakti cosmetic ???? un must et, en plus, c'est un produit local ✨). Que dire du personnel, surtout Nathalie, une vraie perle. ???????? Je vous recommande cet endroit sans hésitation. ????"

"The atmosphere is really calm and relaxing. I availed their 60-minute therapeutic massage, and it was satisfying. The service on the get-go was superb. We were asked if we wanted to change into robe and flipflops or not, then made us answer questionnaires. Then, we were led into a room before getting the massage to be able to relax. We were also constantly offered drinks. Just wish they had a mini fountain in the relaxation area. Personally, I find the sound of water really relaxing. But that's just me being nitpicky. Everything is actually perfect, and I loved my experience here. Edit: It is such a pain to get reservations tho. On 10 calls 1 to 2 calls only gets through. Update(May): I don't think costumer service is one of their strong suit. After being with them for more than half a year now. We've booked with them for almost all of 2025 and one of their RMT left and they couldn't even offer to fill up our May schedule and figure out the rest later on. They just said "No, we can't do that." and left it at that being unable to do something with our upcoming schedule. Tho the experience has been good with the RMTs and staff at the back the front desk/the one who answers the call just always seems to lacking."

"If you're looking for a therapeutic massage, after an accident or just the stresses of life (or the intensity of raising children) I would recommend this clinic to everyone. The owner, Erin, has found the best therapists in New Brunswick and are all working under this one roof. If you had a good experience with one of the massage therapists but they didn't have availability in the time you need, any will conduct a massage that helps relieve pain, tension or give you the hour of relaxation needed. The rooms are chic and cozy, the feeling when you walk in is like you've just taken a breath of fresh air. I've been to many clinics but stopped looking around four years ago and made this my go to ! Highly recommended."
