"Extremely disappointed in the service. Me and my daughter went to get pedicures and nail extensions we were so excited when we walked in we asked to pedicures and asked if they did bio gel nails after we were told yes we we in and we wanted reg polish we got our pedicures but then it was time to do our nails they put the wrong set on my daughter I asked the girl and her answer was bi gel was no good… I was definitely throw back as we ASKED twice for bio so she kept doing the nails I told my guy that I was getting bio. After he was in a rush cuz they closed at 6. He was going so fast he burnt and cut me. After when it came to pay they charger me FULL price for nails we didn’t want and an extra $5for taking the peel off nail polish I had on my feet… I don’t what to seem rude but I feel like they should have given me a deal seeing they used what they where’d not what we wanted and perhaps not charge me $5 after cutting n making me bleed so I’m giving 1star I’m so disappointed in this service reminds me why I don’t go do nails anymore +$200 and not happy!!!!!????????"
