    "I have been to different massage places, and I would say that this is the best place I have been to! The massage felt great, and they did a hot stone as well which is a first for me. The massage therapist put good pressure (not light) which is what I prefer, and at the same time was not hurting me. If you are looking for a great massage, look for Jennie. I will definitely be back next year!"

    "I’ve been going to this place for my facials and always leave with a glow on my face. The staffs here are so skilled and knowledgeable that they know how to cater to my concerns that I present during my visits. It is always so spotless, quiet and comforting which is another reason I keep going back. I feel unbelievably relaxed and satisfied with their excellent service that I would recommend this spa to anyone and everyone."

    "I’ve been a client of the Upper Village Spa for 23 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Trina and her staff are all well educated, meticulous and professional in their field. I’ve enjoyed many of the Spa’s treatments and had the pleasure of all the staff working on me. The spa is extremely clean and uses single use nail files to maintain the utmost hygiene for all clients. Trina researches all the products in the spa, which are all luxurious and top quality. I’ve purchased many items for my use and gifts with positive responses. I always enjoy the warm and friendly vibe and highly recommend The Upper Village Spa."

    "Nelie is a very kind person who genuinely cares to accomodate to people!! I had some limitations when doing massage and she was very gracious. She's awesome at massage and spray tan. She also does sugaring. The way she has her space set up is classy. Shes always professional and you can feel her warmth. She listens to you when you speak and looks you in the eye. It's not just important to have someone who does a good job but someone you respect as a person and is genuine. Nelie is great!!"

    "Veronica is AMAZING at her job! I wanted my hair to be a dark red, and I ended up getting the most beautiful deep red, it was super soft too!! It exceeded my expectations! She’s super nice, really polite and extremely sweet! If you are looking to get your hair done here, I highly recommend her :)"

    "Amazingly relaxing and invigorating Reflexology experience which helped to address the discomfort of osteo arthritis. The experience was soothing and relaxing, with a warm and inviting space, Becky's calm demeanor and amazing treatment touch. I left feeling refreshed, invigorated and feeling like a new person. This was my first session with Becky, and I intend to work with her regularily. I highly recommend Becky's Reflexology."

    "I got my hair colored and had hair botox done with Harveen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. The color turned out perfect and my hair feels so soft after the botox treatment. Highly recommend Harveen if you're looking to give your hair some love!"

    "I had my best haircut in the last 4 years being in Canada. Sheeba did an amazing job! I have thin and damaged hair, but she did wonders with her magical fingers. I got my service done at her home, she has a really nice and professional set up. I’m definitely going back for more services, I can’t wait to try the facials. Moreover Sheeba is such a wonderful person :)"

    "I tanned at sunmagic on weber for decades. I would pay yearly, not monthly, and any unused points carried over when i signed up again. With new owners on Weber, i signed up ... but they wouldn't do the yearly fee, only monthly auto payments. I agreed, then covid hit, and of course they shut down periodically until 2022 (as per the mandates). The location changed right around covid closures but my account kept auto renewing for close to 2 years. Around 2022 i called and canceled the autorenewal, not wanting to drive across town. I didn't ask for money back, thinking my accumulated points would be there when i signed up again. I went yesterday to sign up and they had no record of me. I was still going to sign up, but the counter person who i think was the owner and the woman i dealt with before covid, argued with me, without knowing me. So frustrating. I was casually telling my story, surprised i wasn't in the system. She kept telling me i was wrong. Inferring they didn't auto deduct, i wasn't a client at this location so couldnt have auto renewed. I know i paid so her attitude was surprising. I tried to get her to stop talking about it, saying it didn't matter, that I'll just sign up now. She could not stop!! She kept telling me it didn't happen. I finally had enough, politely thanked her, and said i changed my mind about signing up. She had the gaul to say she just wanted me to have the right info... like i don't know what actually happened. I don't trust this location, wont ever go back. The owner gaslights and blames the customer, as you can see in her response - exhibit A below."
