"Avoid at all costs. I wish I could leave zero stars. Predatory doesn’t even begin to describe their sales tactics. Based on the other reviews, the owner knows what’s going on and her employees are very good at their job (rushing and flattering and non stop talking and pushing more products in your face when you try to leave). I was trying to go to the store next door when I agreed to try hand cream outdoors and was quickly pulled inside to get a free sample. There I was bombarded with products and barely given a chance to speak. I will say I was genuinely interested in buying facial products but expressed I didn’t quite have the money for it at this time and tried to leave. Suddenly a buy 1 get 1 free for $199 became one product for $99 (lol) and a nail buffer and hand cream. Anyway, I ended up folding and agreed to buy the one product which is my own fault for not being confrontational, but that’s what they’re preying on. I said I didn’t want a bag, but gave me one anyways and I assumed a receipt. Once I left, I realized no receipt was given. She mentioned there being no paper in the POS and left, which I believed was to get more paper. After feeling icky, I looked up the product and this spa and saw this is a pretty common experience. I decided to try to return it (despite no receipt) no joke 3 hours later and was told sorry no returns cause it was a “promotional price” (that’s the scam - there’s no real price and no returns for anyone) and she “forgot” to tell me. Again, my fault for being manipulated, but shame on this “spa” for their practices."

"I have booked appointment for 7:15pm. And I have previously spoken to person on text. She mentioned 30min for $50. Most of place charge 30min$40 . Soon as I arrived here on time. She is like can you come later 8pm . I said am here. She took me inside room. I pass her to money , she said it's not enough, you have to pay more. I said I can not we settled the price before. This people are hustlers and very dishonest business conduct. Don't go there You will be end up paying $150 and massage it's not even that great. There's so many Asian massage centre. Avoid This place."

"Went for my first time last week and am bringing 3 others there next week! Such a nice couple who own and run the spa. Homey, relaxing, refreshing, rejuvenating, and enough room to be alone or mix with others. The upstairs rooms were really effective! Will post a photo after next week's retreat."
