"Tammy, Nam, and Pat are simply the best! We were lucky enough to get an appointment and our massages were absolutley fantastic. The technique, stretches, and pressure were all top Best massages we've ever had. Years of training show. And everyone is so welcoming!"

"Don't forget to bring: slippers, bathing suit, water bottle (optional), snacks to keep in your locker in case you get hungry. Amazing experience here, you may need to book a month ahead, you get 3 hours to enjoy the rooftop amenities which are two hot pools, one 'ambient' (which WILL be a cold plunge on a cold day), a cedar and eucalyptus sauna, and a 'social' regular sauna, along with a salt scrub shower, and a very cold... cold plunge. You get to enjoy the amazing view of the Victoria harbour, sea planes taking off, and a nice sunset or sunrise depending on the time of day. Don't miss this experience !"

"It was literally a wonderful experience! :) I always had a stiff shoulder, but it has gone after getting a massage here! I’ll definitely come back to this place whenever I visit Victoria!"
