"We had a Papaya package gift certificate for our Anniversary and we received the best service ever. All the staff here are all professional and hospitable especially the one at the front desk. We felt so relaxed and relieved with the combination of thai and oil massage. I also loved their herbal tea it was so tasty. And not to mention their mango platter at the end of the massage. Overall, we had a very awesome experience here. Worth the price! ????"

"I appreciate how knowledgeable Tanya is with skin concerns and she has something that will treat just about anything. I've had one microneedling treatment, an IPL and a chemical peel. I see a huge difference in my skin, it's smoother, no pores and is more even toned. I had microneedling done prior but didn't notice the effects like I did at Tbeau."

"I have been going here for years- sometimes alone, or sometimes with my mom or daughter or friend- they have rooms with multiple plush chairs so you can get your feet rubbed at the same time. The massages are incredible. Combing the 2 gets you 1 hour foot rub and 1 hour massage. If you pay cash it’s only $89! I always give a $20 tip. It is well worth it. It also has a nail salon but I haven’t used it. The staff is wonderful, English is quite limited but google translate works well! I have always just done a walk -in, but if you have multiple people going it might be better to make an appointment too ,and sure they have enough staff. Definitely recommend"

Amir was absolutely fantastic—professional, skilled, and attentive to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a precise cut. "Finished a long night of work and couldn't take the tightness in my shoulder and neck any longer. Chose this place initially because it was the only one open early enough to accommodate me along my route home. So glad I stopped by here. I met Lucy today and I let her know where my main issues were. She was very attentive and focused slightly more on the problem areas. That was exactly what I needed today, I walked out feeling more relaxed than I have in months!! A little tender and slightly wobbly walking to the train afterward. (Signs of a job well done!) I've been to several therapists in the city and in my opinion this was the BEST massage I've found so far!! I will definitely be back to see Lucy again. Thank you so much!"

"Please, please, please go elsewhere!!! I did the 30 min Reflexology + 60 min Massage. I’ve been having pain in my knee and thought I’d get reflexology in China town because sometimes the deals are actually good, and I was intrigued by the package deal. I had an older man do my services, even for the massage and they never consented if that was okay nor asked if he could touch my glutes. I felt like he inappropriately massaged that area and also removed the whole blanket to expose me undressed, SO THAT WAS AWKWARD. The blanket is already so thin, it was very sus. He probably massaged my whole glute area for at least 20 mins. He also massages the inner thigh up to the vaginal area, and I was unfortunately too scared to say something. The massage was very aggressive with force, abrasive on the skin, and quick - idk if Shiatsu massages are normally like that but a massage chair is honestly nicer… Additionally, at the beginning, his whole body was pushed up to me and I could feel his private area on me while he’s wearing jeans, and I kept trying to move out of the way. Throughout the massage, I was trying to move away from him and sustain the intense pressure he was applying. I said “ow” a handful of times and have mentioned that it was like he was pinching me, and even though he acknowledged my comments, he continued :( As for reflexology, you have your feet in a bucket of hot water for 5 mins then it felt like he was just rubbing your skin. Idk why the pressure from the massage and reflexology were on polar opposite spectrums. When I left, I paid cash. They asked me to give them a tip as I was trying to leave. I can’t say you get what you pay for, but wish I spent $85 plus tip elsewhere… To the team at this company, maybe have a liability form, ask for consent, ask if anyone has injuries or areas to focus on? If you’ve been to professional massages before, keep your expectations very low for this place."

Not only did she provide an exceptional 90-minute deep tissue massage, but I also left feeling recharged and completely relaxed, thanks to the kindness and warmth she radiated. "Pros: - my guide Shane was very supportive and coached me and my friend through the ice bath experience, it was nice to have staff there in case anything happens - at 330pm on a Monday there wasn't a huge crowd and sauna could fit everyone - beautiful aesthetics and smells, tea is a classic complimentary touch - nice Turkish bath towels Cons: - the barefoot policy is mind-boggling, even if the floors don't retain bacteria. It was so slippery walking around - a proper safety hazard. You can ONLY wear water shoes that you have to BUY from the front desk as I learned on the spot. Additionally, you stop wearing shoes while still in the change room - where others just walked in outdoor shoes. Foot fungus is a very real thing, too. At least provide sanitizer for feet or complimentary reusable slippers like any other spa (trove across the street, even sweat and Tonic). Why not let guests wear their own slippers too? Just for aesthetics? This was honestly disturbing. - the change room is communal, with 5 stalls, it was somewhat uncomfortable Overall some aspects felt nice and others didn't feel thought through completely. Good for ClassPass once in a while but prefer other Scandinavian experience with better hygiene (try Ritual around Wellington for a private experience!)"

She truly is the best in the business and is highly educated in skin treatments, injections and everything face and skin. I got a mini lip filler with her this past week and they look amazing. "Mital recently waxed partial legs under arms and. Brazilian for me and it was the least painful waxing I've ever experienced! Seriously even the most personal of areas was pain free. Of course the facial and massage as mentioned below are second to none. Her prices are also unbeatable for all services. You have got to give this spa a try for all your beauty and relaxation needs! Unbelieveable experience! I have received many massages from many different places including spas in Whistler, BC. Mittal offers a spa where one feels completely comfortable and peaceful. Her massage methods are first rate and in fact rate as the best I have ever experienced. She is able to intuitively find tight muscles and loosen them. Typically she finds areas I don't even realize are tight. She also provides exercises to help stretch out my muscles which I find incredibly helpful. I always leave my massages feeling lose, relaxed and already looking forward to the next one. "INCREDIBLE SALON!! I went in twice and will be returning again at this salon to get my hair done. First appointment I got there early, the ladies at the front desk were super kind, offering water and coffee and being super polite! I had my hair done by Shawn, I was initially expecting a color but had booked too short of a slot, he was very understanding, walked me through what would have to happen to my (heavily damaged) hair for it to get to what I wanted, ran tests with bleach, and even threw in a free treatment to fill the time! My second appointment went just as good, had a shampoo cocktail done as we figured my hair would be too weak and it turned out amazing, I was surprised by how different it was even with how quick and easy the service was. At each checkout the front desk staff was super kind and sweet and answered my questions about other services. Some might find it expensive but I believe you are getting what you pay for, the services are also listed online with their prices so you should book according to your budget! Shawn is amazing and very knowledgeable on what he's doing (explained many things to me) and the other staff were kind and accommodating, highly recommend this salon!!"
