"My husband and I were looking for a spa day on short notice and Parminder was easy to communicate with and timely in her response. The spa itself is clean and welcoming with all the essentials. We had a couples massage and facial with sauna - we left feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated! Her team is kind, attentive, and very professional. Prices are reasonable compared to the surrounding area. We would 100% recommend this spa to our families and friends and cannot wait to come back :)"

Everything from your warm reception by staff at front desk, the very inviting atmosphere is extended in the offer of pleasant inside shoes, lovely waiting area with optional drink of refreshing juice or water, brought lightly scented and warm towel to help put your mind at body in Spa mode. The change room is more than sufficient and lockers for belongings are clean and well maintained. My massage by Rachel Anna was just as the first one she had given; incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. She is very sensitive to my needs, remembers prior areas of concern, and always attentive to any requests."

"I won’t return to Prim for future services. This was my very first visit to Prim. My stylist was 20 minutes late and although my appointment was for balayage, I left with uneven highlights and banding across my hair. Although my hair was toned during my appointment, it went very brassy within 3 days, which has never happened this quickly in the past. I contacted Breanne, the stylist, who defended her work and maintained that my hair looks good. She blamed my hair type as the cause for the result and said she feels she did a ‘very good job’. I then talked to the owner (Jerilyn), she offered me an appointment to try to fix my hair but it was with a newer stylist and I feel that my hair requires more experience to correct it. Not to mention coming back for a subsequent appointment is my time, and at a rate of $245, I should not have to come back and have more processing done to my hair. I then asked for a refund and was told Prim does not offer refunds and they stand behind their quality. This was my first and last experience at Prim as I will not return for any future services."
