"I don’t even know where to start. This was my first ever massage and my husband had booked the appointment for my birthday. It was an awful experience. When you first walk in, the appearance is super underwhelming and there were shoes everywhere. I was about 5 minutes early and put into a side room where it appeared like they forgot about me for 20 minutes as those coming in after me were put into other rooms. Finally someone comes in, asks if I’m getting a massage and I confusingly say yes and she tells me to just lay down. I said I’ve never had a massage so what am I supposed to take off, she said top only and I laid down. There was absolutely no other communication to me other than to ask me if I wanted oil and a hot towel. I had no idea what was going on except for the fact I couldn’t wait for it to be over. The experience was so unbelievably painful and I’m actually bruised from it a few days later on my back and arms. No candles or relaxing vibes at all, the light was left on halfway through and there were a pair of shoes right under the hole of the bed where my face was. I still can’t believe I didn’t say anything and agreed to pay for this service. Please find somewhere with licensed masseuses instead of risking it at this spa."

I appreciated how she took the time to assess my needs and give her professional recommendations, but always left the final decision up to me. Her technique is so gentle, thorough, and meticulous—by far the best pedicure I've ever had. The owner is also wonderful, so welcoming, warm, and full of energy. "This is a tricky review to write because I have been going here for a year now and have gotten to know the ladies well. They are all so kind and sweet and honestly do a good job. But the last three times I have been going the price has seemed higher then what I have paid before. The add ons for a normal Pedicure or gel fill is ridiculous. Their website states $5 for add ons but when I went to pay apparently shellac and chrome both fall in the $10 category even though it isn’t stated anywhere on website. When picking nail colours they never offer to look at the normal nail colours. Not only that but why on earth do you pay $45 for a gel fill and have to pay an additional $10 for your cuticles to be done. They also could use a bit of education in over filing the nail beds and how hot their machines get. Hot nails are a real thing and they hurt. For the record I am not saying I shouldn’t have to pay for chrome but $5 should suffice and please tell me where you go where shellac isn’t the standard on a gel set. Finally, I travel 90 min to go see these ladies. I booked a 90 min massage that ended up being an hour and 10 min. And was charged for 75 min (which isn’t a time that is offered on their website). Someone also knocked on the door in the middle of my massage to let my therapist know there was a head spa waiting for them which is why I’m guessing they cut my massage short. I typically don’t write reviews however I was thoroughly annoyed today and wish it wasn’t about every last penny they could squeeze out of me. What should have been a $190 day somehow ended up costing me $250. Please do better Krystal beauty. Shellac should be included in a full price as well as pedicure and cuticle care also."

"Dr Szeto is one of the best surgeons here in Sudbury. His bedside manners are immaculate, and this transcends to his staff who are warm and welcoming. His knowledge of facial anatomy is quite impressive and shows through his work. I highly recommend anyone seeking facial fillers, Botox, etc to make an appointment with him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would."
