She can sense where your tension is and focuses on each area just the right way. She makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, and will give you stretches and advice for after care. A surprising added benefit for me was a reduction in left side facial numbness and an improvement in the left side facial droop that I suffered as a result of a minor stroke 6 months ago. "Well I am glad you prompted this review ???? My daughter and I came in on a Saturday afternoon to treat ourselves and get our (very) neglected eyebrows a wax, dye and mow????. It was lovely and quiet and our Esthetician Alana was the perfect mix of professional and efficient. She invited the both of us to hang together in the same relaxing room while we each took our turn, and managed flawlessly to match our new and civilized brows to our hair colour. Both my daughter and I have extremely sensitive (more like angry!????) skin and I have been getting my eyebrows done for 35+ years. In ALL of that time I have NEVER left an appt. without a two hour+ red, rashy, and itchy face. As soon as the mirror was handed to me to check out my new brows, I was clear and redness-free! I was shocked! My daughter had some redness (to be fair she has the colouring of a human ghost!) but it resolved quite quickly. Best new eyebrow day for the both of us, we love them. Into the good-books you go‼ Thank-you very much!"

"I just got back from my very first visit at Integrity Massage Therapy. From the second I walked in the door, I got a warm and welcoming feeling. The lady at reception was very kind! I work a very physical job, so this massage was much needed lol. I had an hour massage with Samantha Williams. From the start she was incredibly professional and again very welcoming. She brought me into the room and we talked about some of my main concerns and what I wanted my focus areas to be this appointment. I am someone who struggles with my body image, and she made me feel very comfortable. She asked me throughout if the pressure was good, and if I wanted less or more. At the end , she even showed me a few exercises to do at home when my problem areas start acting up again. She made the whole experience very relaxing. I highly recommend Samantha! "I see Jamie for both acupuncture with cupping and cosmetic acupuncture. She is the only one who can fix my shoulders when they get flared up. Had other practitioners trying for two years! And the cosmetic acupuncture is way better than Botox! Got rid of my double chin and tightened up the front of my throat that was starting to sag. The lines in my forehead are way less prominent. Besides, her treatment is better than what I had in Toronto 20 years ago—and less expensive than what I paid then as well! She is worth the investment in your health (and beauty)."
