"Actually I have attended the clinic multiple times! (I'm a local guide too). Generally the treatment at your facility was quite good and practitioners/clinic were quite nice, they seem like great staff and kind people. When scheduling with practitioners they frequently (3 times actually) cancelled or rescheduled my appointment due to their personal scheduling conflicts. I've never had this happen at other clinics. I have lots of patience and tolerance for minor inconveniences but when practitioner(s) cancel my appointments multiple times I find this poor customer service and tend not to rebook. 5 stars for the actual services and people. 1 star for customer service. Hence a 4star experience (deemed satisfactory or 'okay' but could use improvement). Hope this helps ☺️"
