"If you've previously had a poor experience with this location, I highly suggest you book an appointment with Catherine to change your mind. Firstly, she's very attractive, which is a rarity with a lot of locations but more importantly, she's a really good conversationalist and gives a fantastic massage. Not only did my back appreciate the visit, but I left in a genuinely good mood. The pricing structure is a little abnormal, but all considered, it's on par with other locations. If you're looking for a great massage, great conversation and an overall good experience, go see Catherine."

"this was a very weird experience: 1. couldn't find the "spa" on the plaza, 2. when I came in they asked me to sit and wait in their "sault" room, after ~5 minutes notifying me that they can not honor my 60 min massage and salt therapy package (booked earlier); 3. the place was under renovation and the back was a mess. "I just visited So Morocco for the first time this afternoon—actually, it was my first hammam experience in Canada. I went in with low expectations (after some bad experiences in the past) and came out very happy and satisfied. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and take the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and give me a tour of the hammam. I chose the private suite (part of the ‘So Relax Package’) and I don’t regret it. Everything was spotless: the room was very clean and well-maintained, the steam was hot, and Yousra, who took care of me, was attentive. She handled the scrubbing, hair washing, and soaping with great professionalism. Once finished, I went to the relaxation room where I stayed for almost an hour. I relaxed on a couch, had a mandarin, a herbal tea, and was offered a corne de gazelle while listening to soft music. Since it was just a few days after opening, I benefited from a 20% discount promo code, and I received a Moroccan scrub glove and black soap as gifts. When I tried entering the promotion code into the system, it was rejected as invalid. I had to call them, and they confirmed that they are working on improving their reservation system. They promised the promo code would be applied at checkout, and everything was processed as agreed, which made me very happy. There are a few minor imperfections, such as the delay between each hammam session, which did not bother me personally, but could be an issue for other clients. The good news is that they are actively working on improving this from their end by automatically setting up buffer times between each session during the reservation process. Thank you so much, and I sincerely hope you maintain this level of quality, if not improve it! I plan to return next month to repeat the experience and try a wrap."

"I recently had a back massage at Myosense with Sam RMT. I had significant trigger point issues with the right scapula and the base of my neck. Sam methodically provided deep tissue massage on those knotted muscles and work them free. I highly recommend Myosense and Sam and will use their services again in the future. P.L."

"Came in needing a refill and someone to fix how awful my nails had been done (never going to the mall location again) stick with who you trust. Which would be Mark here! Mark took one look at my nails and got to work fixing the shape and all the issues my nails had. The best part was he was teaching other staff as he went and showing all the rights and wrongs.
