"I recently had a photofacial (IPL) at this Spa. On entry into the clinic i was met by my aesthetician Zeny. She asked many questions and gave lots of information on what to expect during the treatment and also longer term. Zeny repeatedly checked in with me and explained what she was doing the entire time. It was a great experience. I am pleased with the post treatment results as they are as Zeny had described. The clinic has a great vibe … friendly, warm and inviting. I will be going back for another photofacial after the holiday season and would recommend this spa without hesitation."

"I had a consultation before I booked my appointment with two gals at the front, letting them know what I’d like and what would that cost and when can I come in. The morning I came in a spoke to the stylist at length about my past bad experiences and what I wanted. I wanted to go LIGHTER, HAVE ROOTS DONE, and have it blend nice with my grey. We talked about what tone I’d like to have my hair, I said I used to be platinum so I wanted to work towards that over time, so a cool tone. We did highlights to cover the roots and then was told we’d tone. My hair lifted well to a very light blonde. After the toner I was told it would lighten as she blow dried. As I was shocked how dark it was. I started to have a panic attack once it was dry as it was now no longer blonde, it was brown, and not a cool tone but a warm one. I was told a clarification shampoo would help that but by this time I had already been there for 6 hours and I wasn’t able to stay longer. I wasn’t comfortable paying and was told I’d receive a call that evening about what we could do to fix the situation. It’s now a week later and I still haven’t received a phone call or email. I’ve since used a clarifying shampoo and it’s hasn’t changed . First photo is what I went in with, second is what I walked out with, third is after clarifying shampoo at home at my cost, and last is the roots that weren’t done Finally got a phone call back and since I didn’t pay for my appointment they were not willing to do anything to fix or hold themselves accountable for the horrible experience I had. Wouldn’t recommend!"

Treatments were provided with skill and care and her quiet, friendly personality made me feel right at home. Oh, and the prices are imminently reasonable."

"I had an unfortunate experience at this establishment. Upon arrival, I asked the woman at the front desk (possibly the owner) to explain the services they offer. She immediately started talking about the price, even though the prices were clearly displayed on the wall. I politely clarified that I was asking about the services, not the cost, but she persisted and seemed dismissive of my request. When I pressed further, the conversation broke down. She accused me of being angry or frustrated, which was far from the truth. I tried to explain that I was simply providing examples of why good customer service is important in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, she misunderstood and continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and condescending manner. I left because the interaction ruined the vibe entirely. Hospitality requires creating a welcoming environment, and this experience felt anything but. It’s disappointing, as I had hoped to support this business. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Customers deserve respect and professionalism, regardless of who they are or what mood they’re in. Dec 2024: My reply after reading the provider’s reply Hello, I’d like to address some inaccuracies in your response. When I left your establishment, I spent time in my car writing a review. I later approached you briefly while you were outside smoking to inform you of the review and then left. I kept my distance and was not confrontational. I’m very sure I did nothing to make you feel uncomfortable, your discomfort seems to stem from the situation rather than my actions. I’m also visibly black. It was obvious that you were reacting to my race from the first second rather than any action I took. Pls go and reflect on and check your bias. As a provider in the hospitality industry, your role is to create a welcoming experience. Instead, I felt uncomfortable during my visit, which led to my decision to leave.
