"My husband and I came to this spa for the 1st time and were so impressed by the level of kindness and peacefulness we felt from the moment we walked in the door. We had the couples massage with Margarita and Alexandra, they were both so attentive and we both felt such relaxation. We will defiantly be going back here again!"

"My partner and I went for a massage for the first time. I am so disappointed as I was referred here by a friend! No idea what happened. The girl who massaged my partner was a beginner (she should still be able to give a massage) and she massaged him over the sheets applying no pressure at all. I mean 0 pressure. When he questioned it, she said that was the technique! No idea. As for me, the girl that was assigned to me also applied no pressure at all when I specifically told her I needed deep tissue...I mentioned it twice during the massage but she didn't say anything! This is the first terrible experience I've had at a place. I called the next day to try and share my experience with the owner before posting this review but the receptionist just told me to ask for a different massage therapist next time? No apologies, nothing. No call backs either. No matter how low the price, it was a rip off. I feel deeply disappointed. I give it 2 stars for the cleanliness and nice decor ."

"I placed a service call with Spas Poseidon on Rue Labadie. I have to say i am satisfied beyond expectations from the performance of the technician. They sent Cedric Menard who without hesitation answered all my questions and went even beyond to explain other details that were imperative to care and extend the life of my hot tub. Very knowledgeable, patience, shows absolute interest in the service and providing information, solutions and more. Five stars and Two Thumbs up."

"I have been there 2 weeks ago. So first off, this is absurdly expensive. We are talking at least 200$ for the massage only, no extra. 60$ for the room and 140$ tip is required for the hostess. Now imagine the cost if you want anything beyond that. The massage is awful. Actually, calling it a massage would be a stretch, more like light caresses. The hostess is nice to talk to but do not expect a pretty girl. If you crave some extra action then you certainly will be disappointed unless you are into old ladies. All in all, I cannot find any reason to go back there. The ratio cost/quality is simply not on point."
