"This Japanese spa truly impressed me. For the first time, I felt inspired to explore a culture because of one person. "Detail-oriented" perfectly describes the experience! The hot stone facial included cleansing, exfoliating, hydration, and a series of massages. Each step felt seamless and well thought out. The natural scents of the products were so relaxing that I forgot about my own Guerlain oil. My therapist Hachi began with essential oils to help me relax, followed by a delightful rice mask. After rinsing it off, she applied toner and lotion with sunscreen, leaving my skin bright and soft. I was so moved! Hachi’s energy and attention to detail made me curious about Japanese techniques. After the treatment, a cup of hot tea and some chocolate brought me back to reality, and I immediately signed up for an annual membership!"

"This Spa is amazing. They have a really nice lounge to hangout after the service. The service from the front desk is very friendly and efficient. I got a facial with Natsuko and she was amazing. This is the best facial I had. She compliments the facial with a massage (a real one) on your face, scalp, neck and shoulders. She is very knowledgeable about skin. I enjoyed my facial very much and my skin looks amazing. I recommend the spa and Natsuko anytime."

"I like that I was able to navigate the online booking system with ease and get in for a massage on a day and time of my choice. When I arrived, for my first visit, ai was greeted promptly and seen soon after. My lynphatic massage with Hanna was great! She listened to my needs and requests perfectly. After, I was offered tea or water and given a couple chocolates. I booked again with Hanna and have seen her for reflexology since. I am excited for my 2nd massage this week. The only downside that I noticed was that the air felt really stuffy and dense when walking in. Felt stale, like they needed to open a door or window for ventilation and a bit of fresh airflow. The other thing was that the sheets were clean but felt almost too starched. I appreciate that they may not have chosen a detergent with scent for those with sensitivities, but it was almost like the extreme in the opposite direction, without scent or softness. Those two downsides are only personal preferences. The service, across the board, was great. I have recommended Hanna and will be back!"

"Amazing, always Amazing. This is a great massage for someone who doesn't want to get undressed or get oil on them. They use deep pressure but will always make sure you are comfortable & adjust their pressure to make sure you are enjoying the experience."

"Since it's new location moving from downstairs to upstairs in the Lonsdale Quay, it is a lot more peaceful and tucked away. While there was still exterior noises from the market, it was faint in the distance since most the traffic is downstairs and it did not bother me as I was too busy getting one of the best half hour massages I've had in awhile! The pricing is more than fair in fact an outstanding deal for the expertise and professionalism you're paying for. I booked online, fast and simple. Tomo greeted me by name with a smile and helped me with my jacket and personal belongings. It was exceptionally clean and they do a great job at making it tranquil inside with soft lights and the right volume of relaxing music. The massage tables are spaced out properly much space between other clients and once you're face down on the table it really won't make a difference regardless of other cliental being there. I will certainly be coming back and a big thank you to the wonderful staff at this clinic!"

"I just had a terrible experience with them. I was a patient for over a year and never had any issues. I had an appointment scheduled today, Monday, at 5:30 PM with Isac (with whom I’ve always had my massages, never missing an appointment). However, I woke up not feeling well and took a COVID test, which came back positive. To avoid spreading COVID to the clinic staff, I called to cancel and explained my situation honestly. Despite this, Isac charged me a $25 cancellation fee because I was canceling within 24 hours of the appointment. I’m not upset about the money, but rather the fact that I was penalized for being honest about being sick. They could have handled the situation with more understanding and compassion, especially considering they claim to be a medical center (which is also the reason they said they couldn't delete my personal information when I requested it over the phone). Instead, they chose to enforce the cancellation fee and lose a loyal client who never missed an appointment, was never late, and was upfront about the situation. It’s unfortunate that, even today, some clinics prioritize charging a fee over valuing the honesty and well-being of their patients."
