"First time experiencing a massage at Excelsior and feel I was very lucky to have David. He is exceptional and even provided some stretches to work areas of tension. I Came out of it feeling quite rejuvenated. The unfortunate part about this practice is how noisy the other staff and clients are. The treatment rooms are right next to a very busy hallway and it creates a not so relaxing environment for the client. I found it very disruptive (you can hear every conversation) and it’s just not relaxing at all. The other staff were speaking loudly and laughing when I came out of the treatment room so perhaps this is the culture? Probably wouldn’t return again because of this, which is too bad, considering how great David was."

"I went to see Fara for a waxing session and a facial treatment. I was overall very happy with the facial, however the waxing was terrible. The waxing session took much longer than expected 3h30 vs 1h30 and my mother who came with me got a huge burn on her armpit, which took over a week to fully heal. Fara also kept pushing her IPL treatments onto me, telling me it would take around 1-2 week for hair to grow back after a first IPL session, which couldn't be further from the truth."

She did my full legs, full bikini and armpits in like 30 minutes and like I'm pretty hairy and I'm used to it all taking about an hour but nah she just got everything off so fast and precisely it was basically art at this point. Anyway I'm sure to come back. (She's also super sweet and professionnal so I recommend if you're a little crybaby like me)"
