"It was recommended to me by another massage therapist in the area so I called to book an appointment but they were full. So I asked them if they knew of any other massage clinics in the area and I spoke with Georgia and she rudely told me "I can't help you with that." and hung up the phone on me. I have never ever experienced any kind of customer service like that from a health services business before. It was very poor customer relations practice."

"Wow. What an experience. It has been 25 years since I’ve had a facial, because, well, men don’t really get facials. I was welcomed at the door and the place was Zen. Dewy is definitely a spa like studio. The facial was so relaxing and even though I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect, the owner Kimmy did an excellent job at making me feel at ease. She was very professional and made me laugh also. For future reference men, eyes are ment to stay closed. Lol. I can’t wait to do it again and I highly recommend it for men!! And of course women ????????"

"You can’t go wrong with a treatment from the skin girls. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you have the right services for your skin type and concerns. Having had the wrong treatment at another clinic I won’t go anywhere else now. I love the clear and brilliant laser. It’s amazing the new skin it reveals. Less lines, less sun damage and more plumping collagen. Win win. Don’t hesitate to book."

"I was here 9 months ago and I gave this place a 5 star for providing me a pleasant experience with a nice lady. Unfortunately I’m updating my experience due to my recent experience. I have frequented Vaughan Spa a few months ago and had a great time. This time I was going off the reviews of the other recommended ladies. The new young lady at the front desk, who wasn’t the receptionist I’m used to, the other is mature and spirited. She was very rude to me, awkward and sharp. She made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I didn’t get the chance to have a session with the girl I wanted because the front desk’s attitude simply upset me and I didn’t want to bring that mood in the room. I will try again in the near future with hopefully a more customer service friendly receptionist"

"Don't go there. I went the ocean spa because I was tired. before get the service, they want to pay $65. after pay, they asked minimum $50 for tip just massage. I got 20mins massage. I didn't want any more because they cheating me. Manager told me they could not pay back because $45 per 30mins plus $20 tip. Don't go there. Bad place."
