"Update: I have been going to this salon for years and today I had my wedding hair cut booked and I came from Brampton so I called because gps said I would be 15-20 minutes late. They refused to service me, didn’t care to try to find a way to accommodate me and tried to charge me a cancellation fee on top of it all. I understand my fault in this but some leeway for a bride that is leaving in 2 days for her wedding and drove 2 hours for her cut would have been nice considering I have been doing this drive just for them to do my hair all these years. I normally go to Norbie but he’s injured so this booking was with his wife Annette, very very disappointed and Annette just lost a loyal customer for her husband. I wanted a short layered cut and Norbie gave me exactly that and more. He is an amazing stylist for curly hair and even showed me a way to style the cut so I was able to leave loving my cut. The layers were perfect and honestly he worked wonders with my hair. I posted a before and after picture of my hair. If you are struggling to find a good hair dresser for curly hair, norbie is good."

"I have come here multiple times for laser hair removal and love interacting with Claudia and Marcela. They're both so personable and funny. Claudia does the laser removal services and was gentle and paced me when the settings began to become more uncomfortable. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She makes an uncomfortable procedure much more tolerable! The clinic space is clean and well maintained. There's a wide range of services and the girls are super patient with explaining what they have to offer. They're easy to reach with questions and follow ups. They also have a discount for LHSC employees and referral bonuses. Highly recommend their services!"

"Gwen is a true professional and a great communicator. I always know where she is and what she's doing. I feel safe and taken care of in her care. I work at a desk and I had serious hunchback issues, which obviously looks terrible. My pelvis was tilted forward so I had a lot of walking, hip and shoulder pain (it's all connected). You should see the before and after photos. My shoulder blades aren't glued to my back, I don't have a hunch back, I'm more balanced over my feet and my face looks better - it's awesome. My hip pain is getting much better and my walking stride is improving. It's absolutely worth it to see Gwen."

I had a shellac manicure, the shellac had lumps in it AND it is now cracking after only 2 days of wear. For the $215+tip I spent on a simple facial and manicure, I expect much better quality products to be used. Unfortunately, we are from out of town and this was a special trip for us. We expected much better quality based on the pricing and reviews."

"It's two years now since I am having my eyebrows done here and I strongly recommend this salon. Raj is absolutely amazing! She is paying so much attention to my eyebrows and she is putting so much effort to make them look great! And believe me, this is very hard work because my eyebrows are really complicated. It is not just cleaning, waxing away the hair and done, as it is the case in many other places. Raj really takes her time (at least 20 mins each time I go there) to check carefully and see if everything is perfect at the end. It is like personalized eyebrow waxing!
