"The spa is very lovely! We booked reflexology & i would have appreciated more communication from the person doing the treatment. I wasn’t expecting a shoulder & neck massage & would have asked to skip that part, if i’d known in advance. I also wasn’t asked about preferred pressure, or guided through the experience very well so it felt quite rushed & rough. Overall, It’s worth checking out though!"
