"This review pertains to the Nordic Lounge. Firstly, this spa is quite nice overall but I wasn’t very impressed by the Nordic Lounge. I arrived, got changed into my bathing suite only to discover that not a single locker was stocked with a towel/robe. So I had to put my clothes back on to go back out and ask for these items. Not a huge deal, the staff was very responsive but definitely a preventable issue. I didn’t find the lounge very relaxing because there was a group of people who spoke at full volume. I wish there was some signage within the lounge or perhaps the attendant could go over the rules of the lounge beforehand. I read online that the expectation is that people whisper but you wouldn’t know that unless you did some research prior to visiting. The change room is also way too small. Everyone was packed like sardines and we were all just trying not to bump into one another. One of the stalls was also out of toilet paper. I think this lounge has a lot of potential but the details are lacking and the change room should be a lot large and better maintained."

"Amazing service, very professional. I came in with back and joint pain, i came out walking on clouds. Hellen has healing hands! I will definitely come back 10/10"

"Excellent individualized service. Each massage session, she takes the time to change techniques based on needs and preferences for that day. Relaxing and clean atmosphere. Excellent fair pricing."
