"I went here a few weeks ago to get a pedicure done for my birthday coming up. The owner was sooo warm and welcoming and so were the other 2 employees . I didn’t feel rushed (which is more than you can say for most salons these days )& although they close at 9pm , she welcomed my stay until around 9:30pm to allow my toes to dry (regular polish) & to finish an important phone call /payment transaction . She kept telling me not to worry and to take my time and seemed like she was genuinely enjoying the customers company which I love .I also really liked the movie selection they had going on ???? & the massage by the chair was great too, it felt like great self care time . Jessica was efficient and did a great job of making my already short toes into a square shape . Almost 3 weeks later and my pedicure is still looking amazing ! I will definitely be back ."

There are lots of colours to pick from for your nails and I’ve had no issues with chipping t or lifting etc. The nail salon is also super clean and very nicely decorated. I had wanted a spa manicure but they didn't have one available instead they offered me an appointment for just shellac application and I was so pleased that they took the time to offer me other alternatives for the spa manicure! I got there and was immediately greeted! While I was getting my nails done my esthetician was so nice and cool she kept the convo going and made me feel comfortable! Even though my appointment was only for shellac application she wrapped my hands in warm towels and then put lotion on and I got an arm and hand massage for no extra charge!!! I'm definitely pleased with my experience and highly recommend!:)"

"I was a client and after a car accident and complete incompetence with the owner, I highly recommend others do not use this facility. I was in a car accident and needed my file for SGI. The owner personally told me over email that she does not have any records! I seen this massage therapist before the accident and was shocked no records were kept. After going through my own emails I was able to show some proof that she did in fact have my file but would not release it to me or my lawyer. She wrote a note that was falsified and then we ask for the actual note. Reluctantly she released the note which showed her letter to be wrong and fabricated. She was clearly upset that she was caught doing illegal activity and poor administrative work and tried to charge 3x the normal wage for releasing notes. I paid her in a cash cheque and she then sad after two weeks that I didn't pay her. I have now paid her twice and will be reporting her to the RMT Association. I am beyond shock from this type of behavior and I truly hope others do not personally bare witness to the owner or this establishment for their health and safety is at risk."

"No deep tissue massage, when I asked for one thing she didn’t understand and got mad. I felt uncomfortable being naked, this isn’t the experience I am used to getting. At the end of the session, she walked in without knocking, as I was getting dressed as she told me to, i covered up quick and she laughed and closed the door. My friend was outside watching her pace around, she was about to walk in again before her colleague stopped her and knocked instead respectfully. I think it matters which girl u get. But even tho my friend thought his massage was strong he was still getting touched inappropriately."
