The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The service is exceptional, and the staff makes you feel special throughout your visit. I'd also like to mention Sandro Bonaldo, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome upon check-in. This place has begun to feel like a second home to us. "On Thursday, July 25th, me, my wife, and 5 of my kids were trapped in the elevator at the back of the Crown Plaza that leads to the water park and parking garage for 50 minutes. The doors would not close all the way on their own, and could not be opened from the inside. My eldest daughter (12) is claustrophobic, and did her best to not have a full melt down, but she now refuses to go on any elevator. My next eldest daughter (10) got sick due to the heat inside the elevator, which got rather hot. This experience ruined our vacation. We will not be coming back for a long time. I would like to thank the staff that were on hand that gave us what help they could, the cold bottles of water were appreciated, and the fact that you stayed on hand while we were stuck meant a lot, thank you!"
