"THE worst massage and experience I have ever had. From feeling like I was interrupting two staff talking and laughing the moment I walked in, to having a massage therapist who didn't seem to want to be there nor know what she was doing. I have never had a worse massage than what i had here. As a first time customer, I will never go back. Over-priced and under served. Paid for someone to basically make it feel like I was an inconvenience. So disappointed"

"First time going, appointment for 1:45pm. An hour before, I receive a message to complete an intake form. This form requires I’m in proximity of the location. I head in early, to fill the form. A bit early but I didn’t mind. I arrive and enter the front door, with a sign on the inside stating, please take off your shoes and’s another sign telling you to wait for your therapist to let you in. This room is freezing as it’s the entryway, not the lobby. I proceed to wait, while also completing the form now that I’m close enough to the location. I continue waiting, ensuring the secretary can see me waiting as well. She looks confused when I make eye contact. I continue waiting. 1:45pm arrives and no one comes to get me. I’m freezing and my feet are exceptionally cold! I’m awkwardly standing there with no one even bothering to check in. I left and immediately called them to let them know I no longer need their service. Could I have just gone inside and inquired? Yes. But to be honest it was already annoying to receive multiple messages telling me I need to fill out the form, that requires I be there in person, to then be expected to wait in the cold with my shoes off."

"I pulled up to slide for my massage appointment last night to meet my massage rmt by the name of Shawn G. The staff were very welcoming. I felt valued and appreciated as well as being heard was such a built-in skill feature that this business has a solid reputation for. I'm grateful that the people and staff are very understanding and so warm, heavy hearted into putting clients health needs first. Something that I personally will forever cherish. I was asking for foot reflexology and was basically told I was having massage after I paid. In the end, it was an intense massage but I think she fixed my sprained ankle ????"
