"My last experience at sweet cherry spa was one of the worst. First off the service was disappointing, Chelsea was rough with my fingers and writs, she was incredibly grabby and had an extremely rude attitude when it came to my nail art ( didn’t even get any in the end) and the colour was wrong because she was rushing me for her next client, I got my nails done on December 21 and I already had one fall off today, because of a basic task. I didn’t pay $75 for my nails to fall off in one week. I hope nobody else has this issue. Id like to add that the appointment took an extra hour and a half. So it cut into Chelsea’s other clients time"

"I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. The service was excellent. Staff treated me well well, however the quality of my nails were not the greatest. I paid $150 for my manicure and pedicure so I would’ve liked my nails to look nicer. There were a lot of small, bumps and imperfections."

"First of all, I must say I love the ambiance, the very friendly & helpful staff and the organic products at Ezentials. I have had several different services over the past few years, and most I’ve enjoyed completely. However, after a few noisy massage sessions, I have opted not to use their services for that. My typical facials have been absolutely heavenly, But my latest one-hour Hungarian organic facial ended up being only 40 minutes, and when I discovered I had left with facial product still in the middle of my face without being told., I’m afraid it’s the last one of those that I will have as well. So much potential in such a beautiful space, hope they Work on improving some of the services."

"Beautiful spot. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The spa is well equipped and very clean. The environment is so relaxing. My only critique is that I wish there were more RMTs available so that massages we easier to book - however I realize that this is an issue everywhere."
