"I’ve gone here about 4 times, the first few experiences were great but my most recent experience makes me not want to come back. I did a walk in and it looked like there were a couple people already getting massages in other rooms. The lady that gave me a massage seemed a bit flustered and not experienced. She wore gloves which made the massage uncomfortable at times, her pressure was not consistent throughout and it felt like she was randomly making up techniques as she went. She’d work on one side for longer than the other and use different techniques so it left me feeling uneven and not refreshed. Disappointed in this experience since I paid the same amount as before but the person working on me was either in training or just jumped in without much experience since the other massage therapists were busy. When I went to pay at the front desk she stood nearby and said “Tip”. I always tip when I come here but it felt very rude to demand it, especially when the service was bad."

"First, I would like to start with the admins; they are amazing, very knowledgeable, and they answer all your questions. Kudos to Veronica for going through everything step by step in regards to membership. Second is Esther, who is the therapist—she is +++ amazing. Literally, I have no words to explain how good she was. In just one session with her, I could feel all my tension was relieved. I am booking again next week with her."

"I had my first appointment with Jinger today and it was fabulous! I haven’t had a proper massage in almost a year and needed a LOT of work. She used a combination of acupuncture points, hot stones, and other techniques to help me as best she could in the 90 minute window. I already feel much more relief, which I haven’t felt in awhile. She also showed me some really nice stretches to keep up with. I will be coming back for another session with her!"

"The first impression when you enter the spa is nice. Nice ambience, nice décor. But this could easily be the worst experience I have had in a spa. I was with Ariana. She was cold, unfriendly, restrictive and disinterested. It was supposed to be a 40 min session. She finished in 15 min and spent rest of the time folding towels and taking shower. Forget eroticism, even if she could have given a nice massage, would have salvaged something.. but she just rubbed some oil with disinterested hands. Never going back again."

"Absolutely amazing! I have been to many spas and nail salons and I can say by far Essentials Spa in lambeth, is the best! I have been getting my nails done here for over a year now and my mom has been coming for at least 6 and we have never had any issues! In fact, my nails have looked the best out of any other place I have been to! The spa is very clean, very relaxing and peaceful and the staff is just wonderful; you feel completely comfortable right off the bat! I highly recommend getting your nails done here and by Andrea, she is absolutely lovely! And also a massage if you want the ultimate relaxation of your life!! "My hubby and I got the trio package. We loved the salt cave. We were so relaxed we both eneded up falling asleep under the warm blankets. After we sat in the sauna for 30 min and ended our session in a float pods. We have never been so relaxed and well rested. 100% recommended if you are under a lot of stress. "I first met with Cara in 2018, 7 years ago if you can believe it! After trying bikini waxing for a year, I decided it just wasn't for me. And like whoever is reading this, I scoured through Google reviews looking for a place in London that had laser hair removal. I first started with Cara in 2018 for bikini area hair removal, and in the years since, I have not had to use a razor on my bikini line ONCE. I can't even begin to tell you how unbelievably liberating that is. Not to mention that the laser process itself was relatively painless, and in my opinion, not nearly as uncomfortable as the waxing process, where quite honestly I felt like human velcro. And price-wise, laser is way more cost effective than waxing. The experience was so great, I decided to have laser hair removal for my underarms in 2021, and then for my face/sideburns in 2024/2025, with the same great results. So if you're looking for someone who can provide a service that works - look no further, Cara will get it done. But the cherry on top is the incredible customer service. I have met with Cara close to 20 times with all the sessions I've had done. And with each meeting, she has been so kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. If she ever had an off day, I never saw it. You feel comfortable the second you walk into her room. (And also kind of lamely on my part, you want to be her friend LOL, she's just so cool). On the admin side of things, Scott is SO on top of everything. He will send reminders of steps to take before your session, he responds insanely promptly to any text/email, he basically memorized my schedule to the point where he knew which days/times worked best for me and would automatically block off some spots for booking follow-up appointments or rescheduling. The dedication of these two was not lost on me, and the service provided was worth every penny. So Google review reader, if you've made it this far, I want to end this by saying that I waited 7 years to make this review, because I wanted to make sure that others would be able to read about not only recent experiences, but also how the results have held up years later. And after all these years, I can confidently say that I am still a naked mole rat in all the places I want to be. If you're in a position to get some laser done, go to Cara. Life's too short to worry about body hair."

"I always receive excellent treatment from very skilled therapists. They are kind, friendly and know what they are doing. They also understand my pain and anxiety and did their best to help me easing the pain I had. They are knowledgeable and know the spots that they need treatment.
