"I came in and stood by the door, looking for someone to help me select a lightweight facial moisturizer, and I was tended to right away! I asked for one that had spf, and she said they had 2 kinds. One with a tint, and the other without. She applied each on a Q-tip and handed them to me, allowing me to apply them on my face. I asked the price difference and said that I was looking for the least expensive. I followed her to the till where she checked the price, although I knew right away the one that felt lighter on my skin was more likely to be more costly. I mentioned to her that I had a gift card that I wanted to apply to the purchase, and she applied it. I paid the difference, tipped her, and was on my way. It's a good thing that I went to apply some more on my face because the pump wasn't working, so I went back into their store. I asked for assistance, she checked, and I was able to trade for another one that worked! Quick & friendly customer service ???? A clean, fresh, organized atmosphere ????"

"Highly recommend! Ying is highly trained and undoubtedly provides the best therapeutic massages. Very professional and skilled at resolving deep muscle problems while also relaxing body and relieving aches and pains. Great location and environment, and it's hard to describe how fluid and effective the treatments are, so simply recommend visiting to see for yourself. While there, be sure to try reflexology with Julianna - I've had a few sessions and believe they provided health benefits while also feeling great. Ying and Julianna at Prestige Health really deserve more than 5 stars."
"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rochelle . I booked a massage appointment for 7 PM CST, as the website is set to CST by default . It was confirmed by SMS and email which was 6 PM in my local time zone. However, when I arrived and contacted her, I was told I was mistaken and that my appointment was at a different time. Despite explaining that the website and confirmation SMS I got used CST time she dismissed me rudely, stating, 'I don't care.' I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional. It’s surprising that, despite not caring about customer satisfaction, she runs a business where this kind of attitude is certainly not smart This behavior suggests a general lack of professionalism that could extend to other customer service issues as well. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service due to the poor customer service and overall unprofessionalism. --- In response to the owner: My review was based solely on my direct experience and the communication provided, which lacked clarity and courtesy. There was no extensive conversation as mentioned, nor was I informed about a family dinner until this reply. During our brief call, which lasted only 51 seconds, I was given a blunt choice to keep the appointment or cancel, without a single word of apology. The public threat in response to a customer sharing a genuine experience is alarming. It adds to my reasons for not recommending this service and now raises concerns for my safety. I stand by my review and should the threats escalate, I am prepared to seek legal recourse."

"The service at this massage shop was utterly disappointing. Despite explicitly requesting experienced therapists during the booking, I was assigned someone who openly admitted to being a “newbie.” To make matters worse, the therapist’s poor skills were overshadowed by unprofessional and inappropriate remarks throughout the session. What stood out most was the blatant bias against Chinese customers. The therapist commented that “foreigners tip more generously, while Chinese people give less” and even claimed that “Chinese people don’t know how to enjoy life.” Such remarks are not only discriminatory but deeply disrespectful, making it clear that Chinese customers are not valued here. For a business catering to a diverse clientele, this attitude is entirely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the therapist suggested I should “get an RMT license” to rent it out and make money. This irrelevant and unprofessional comment only emphasized the lack of seriousness and respect in their service. Moreover, the therapist bragged about how the shop has been in business for years and doesn’t lack customers. However, with this kind of service and attitude, it’s hard to imagine that the shop can retain loyal customers for much longer. Overall, the experience was a complete letdown, with poor service, unskilled techniques, and offensive attitudes toward customers. If this shop doesn’t improve its service quality and professionalism, its reputation—and customer base—will inevitably decline."

"I have been a Softub owner for over 25 years. I am now on my 3rd Softub and I could not be more pleased. Although, there are many imitation products on the market today, none of them can match the functionality, performance, and quality of a genuine Softub product. As with all hot tubs in general, they will require repairs over time. But rest assured that Softub stands by their products. Anytime there is a problem you will always receive professional and reasonable support. I would like to thank the folks at Softub, particularly Alain, Kim and Wayne, that I have had the pleasure to deal with in recent history as well as the many others that have assisted me throughout the years."
