"I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service and the lack of professionalism and concern for their clients. In a recent 6 series of laser treatments for pigmentation and texture, I dealt with at least 3 rescheduling issues due to staff errors, machine malfunctions and lastly on my final treatment last week, the girl somehow zapped my eyebrow and left me with a bald spot which I am not sure will grow back!!!! I called and left a message with the spa and also contacted the owner directly and I have not been contacted or replied to about the eyebrow incident. The eye protection is obviously inadequate to protect the clients because I also experienced eyelid issues on 3 seperate appointments as well ( redness and swelling and peeling). A folded up kleenex across your eyes and topped with tanning goggles does not give adequate protection from the laser to your delicate eye area, it leaves room for the laser to get in as it is not a tight seal around the eyes! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the fact that the owner has totally ignored my message and the clinic has also not returned my message about my concern. Pay the higher price and seek out a laser salon that is equipped with experienced personnel!"
