"First off I want to acknowledge the Friendly staff and clean space! Unfortunately, the treatments left much to be desired. My first treatment was a facial that was basically just putting a few creams on my face, did not include the face and neck massage the aesthetician told me was included and was shorter than the advertised time. The body polish was a super quick sugar scrub (less than 10 mins) followed by the Vichy shower, which was slightly cold. Instead of just giving me a robe from the beginning, I changed my clothes a total of four times which was included in the treatment time. The grand finale was a simple shellac manicure that had to be fixed multiple times including completely removing the shellac colour and redoing all the nails. In the end I just gave up and the took “good enough” mind set. Sadly disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice spa day."

"My appointment was with Roo and he was extremely professional and articulate, explaining my hairs needs and in explaining the steps we took on my color appointment. HoweverHe is No longer there. While I had a great experience with my stylist Roo, my appointment was repeatedly interrupted by the other stylist Theresa. Theresa repeatedly interrupted our conversations in every appointment I had with Roo and she intruded when she was not apart of any conversation however I remained polite and answered her. She at one point tried to get my stylist to finish her clients hair while he was busy with my coloring appointment. The second time I came for an appointment, Theresa was not busy and elected to sit beside me while I had a color appointment with Roo. She made it quite uncomfortable until she had a walk in client arrive which she did try to get my stylist to help with but he politely declined as I was in his chair for an appointment. I went a 3rd time with my husband as he was booked in with Roo for a beard shave and haircut. I was very relaxed while conversing with my partner and Roo our stylist as we are both his clients (and still are currently) Theresa interrupted our conversation with odd questions and then openly accused me of being drunk in public. I believe management should have her enroll in some classes to gain some kind of customer service knowledge as accusing customers of being drunk when they don't know them is extremely odd. I did find it extremely offensive as I do not consume alcohol and have not since surgery in 2016 preventing me from doing so & For that reason, I have choosen not to come back to the salon. I Love my stylist Roo and the experiences we had with him and I am still a loyal client of his."

She has incredible strength and can definitely apply that if needed! The atmosphere of her clinic is cozy, warm and quiet. She's very welcoming, and easy and comfortable to chat with - I'd highly recommend her!"
