The massage was good but then when therapist left I looked at the clock and it was 2:55. That is a 40 min massage not 60! I was billed for 60 minutes of work when only 40 was done. "The girls and services are great! The 1 star is because they don't return phone calls from clients even when messages are left. Another big part of customer service is to return clients phone calls. I have called multiple times this week, and nobody will return my calls. It's extremely frustrating as a customer to not be able to get clarification on an appointment made. Also, I was over charged by them when I switched services done. Technically I should have paid $93, but instead they charged me $125 to change my service to microneedling, the online booking site charges GST, so...why are you overcharging customers? I realize times are tough, but that's a bit ridiculous don't you think?"
