"Totally heavenly! A friend of mine had introduced me this spa and I am so happy that I tried diba day spa despite its limited number of reviews (it seems they have recently opened here so I guess its understandable!) If you are thinking to go to some spa and have facials and/or other services I would strongly recommend this place as based on my experience you would feel fresh and rejuvenated and how warm you would be greeted and treated! I also loved the fact that Sara took her time in her treatment and did not rush in any of her steps."

"I stumbled upon Spasia when I was searching for massage in the Vancouver area. The place was pristinely clean, and the staffs were welcoming and friendly. Undoubtedly the best massage experience."

I came in with severe acne that was made worse by another spa and the staff here helped transform my skin, got rid of my active acne and acne scars to reveal clear, glowing skin. "Just not a good masseuse"

"My husband and I are in the area celebrating our wedding anniversary. Where we are from we are local businesses owners and supporters and we do our best to support local businesses when we are out of town hence choosing Petite Retreat. Upon entering the one therapist was snarky and mean to the other therapist and this didn't go unnoticed and immediately set off the mood and ambiance of the building. We got on the tables and were told to "take everything off". We have had MULTIPLE massages and I also was a massage therapist so we know the drill. My husbands therapist made MULTIPLE comments about him keeping on his underwear ultimately making him very uncomfortable and not fully enjoy his massage. Even at one point she called him "naughty" for doing so. Neither of us said anything at the time because of how uncomfortable we were. He is a sexual abuse survivor and this ultimately made him not enjoy it. My massage was great and at one point I nearly fell asleep. As small business owners we paid for the services we received and tipped accordingly. When we return to the area we will be going elsewhere for a massage. The comments ruined the entire experience and really upset him after the fact. Do better. Be better and aware that there may be a reason why someone decides to keep certain articles of clothing on for reasons. As a massage therapist you should be knowledgeable enough to work around anything and provide the best experience possible."

"This was my 2nd visit to this spa this year! I had the GM collin botinol facial and it was amazing. It was 80 minutes and included a hand and foot massage. My face looked and felt wonderful afterwards. Glowing and firmer. Prior to our treatments we used the outdoor hot springs and the pool/hot tub. We also had a delicious lunch inside the hotel (their Brussel sprouts are amazing!) I would definitely have this facial done again."

"My massage was very good and he was professional. The 'hotspring' is just an outdoor hot tub. I was disappointed with the pedicure which was overpriced for what I got. Shellac was not an option and they did not have any fast dry top coat options or dry machines for the regular polish they offered. We waited over 2 hours before we put on shoes for dinner and 3 of 4 of us had either chipped or sock imprinted nails."
